Christmas Countdown - 2012

On my way home from my sister's house, I stopped by dollar general. They had just marked their easter candy 90% off. So I ended up buying 23 half pound chocolate bunnies for 10 cents a piece. The plan is to vacuum seal them and freeze them until Christmas. That way I can melt them down and use them to make candy. Of course I may end up going on a chocolate binge and eating them all tonight. So if you don't hear from me tomorrow, Don't worry. I'm just at the hospital in a diabetic coma.

Nice way to blend the holidays. Remember only eat the ears if your binging.

It was a long day, I finally got to sit down and relax around 8pm. I got the errands done. I made one of my wife's favorite meals for dinner, sausage & peppers rustica, I based it off of Olive Gardens meal of the same name a few years ago. I am so tired tonight, late shift tomorrow.

I am heading to the Land of Nod.

good morning ya'll!! my goodness, it's early. i think i could have slept till atleast 9 this morning.
our dog Maggie was feeling yucky for a few days. she must have gotten into something when she was outside. i had quite

a mess to clean up monday morning. she finally started feeling better yesterday, if she had not i was going straight to the vet.
went to check on my mama yesterday after picking up my daughter @ school. she said her eyes were better but they looked awful. i'm sure every day will be better than the 1 before so i thank God for that.
gonna work all day today. we usually close early on wednesday but we have so much to do.

The car ride sounds like a lot of fun! Sometimes it is so relaxing to get out and just go for a drive. What Christmas movie did you end up watching? I was thinking of getting one out tonight!

Yes, it was great =) I watched "Ebbie". Have you seen it? I love it, another Scrooge tv movie remake, with Susan Lucci.

Hope you are feeling all better and rested up from your busy night! I actually prefer the weather when it is sunny but cooler. I hate being too warm. I am glad you enjoyed your night!

I have been really busy lately, it is finals week and they have been consuming my schedule the past few days. Good news? I think I am going to make Dean's List this semester!

All of my friends have gone out at midnight on their 21st birthday...guess who can't do that tonight at midnight? Me! My last final is tomorrow and I can't afford to be doing that. Oh well!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! No mention of zombie's in the forecast today but I still heard 3 terms that I hate to hear. Record high, heat index, and humidity. I'm so not ready for temp's in the high 80's. I guess it's time to plug the air conditioner back in again. I'm going to run to hobby lobby this morning to get a few things for my sister and of course I'll check for christmas decor. Then I will be off to the pines to enjoy a nice cool dip in the pool. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
