@canimom3: I hope your soon able to write more reports. I'll pray that everything gets better very soon. What kind of job do you have?

@snowflake: I hope your job gets less stressful and you are able to adapt to the difficult situation. I'll pray for you.

I'm back! Around this time, last week, I was in Grand Rapids, Michigan cheering on (or competing against) my fellow transplant recipients. I had a blast!! I won a bronze medal in the 1500m racewalk in my age group!!

@Solice: Oh, it is that cold in Norway already? Here we have kind of like spring weather. 20-24c (around high 60f to mid 70f). I would like to make holidays in Norway in 2014. Either way I am going to do a ship cruise or I may go to visit one of my friends in Oslo. Next year I will make holiday with my sister in Nordfriesland Germany. I try to see as many places while I am still young and without a family.

I like the scandinavian christmas decorations very much. Last year I had my room decorated with lots of rendeer decorations.

My mom got the job!!! Thanks for all of the prayers and good thought's everyone. She starts tomorrow. It's going to be a big adjustment for her. It's been 15 years since she did any type of accounting work. I think she is happy about the 7 to 4 monday through friday though

Welcome to Pinesday everyone!

Ill be heading to the Pines for lunch from work for a little break. Carl is making me a special sandwich. He didn't tell me what kind (hmmmm). But he did say he has chocolate chip cookie coffee for us!

Tonight we are heading out shopping. I have my trusty ipod with me for picture snaps of the seasons. Going to Walmart. Hopefully they have some fall stuff or Christmas stuff (If I am so lucky!) to take pictures and post them here. Well time to get back to work. Hope everyone has a wonderful Pinesday!

How's it going, drinking decaf coffee? I know we all do what we have to do! A lot of times I drink 1/2 caff but for some reason straight decaf just leaves a funny taste! Although there are some pretty darn tasty decafs for the Keurig. If I get there b/f you, I will be sure Carl is brewing that special Georgia blend just for you!

Good morning MMC!! It's looking like another beautiful day in Ohio! It was warmer this morning 70º for our walk, but on Friday they are calling for a HIGH of 71º! What the heck...it's August! Maybe we are going to get that early fall?? Ya think??

My mom got the job!!! Thanks for all of the prayers and good thought's everyone. She starts tomorrow. It's going to be a big adjustment for her. It's been 15 years since she did any type of accounting work. I think she is happy about the 7 to 4 monday through friday though. The only bad thing is that I'm back to being the only one my sister can call to babysit during the week. I need to kick my job search into a higher gear.


On another note. I think we are coming home tomorrow evening now instead of thursday morning. It looks like some heavy storms may hit around mid day thursday and we want to be back indy before they arrive.

Now I'm off for a quick swim in the lake before it gets dark out.

I have hit a snag. I love my new job, dicators are pretty good, love typing in the daytime. The only thing is that i am on full QA which means I am limited to 3 reports a day. I was hoping to be at least allowed to type 10 a day by the end of this week but it doesn't look like it. I don't understand it. I have reviewed my work after it was corrected and there is nothing major, just picky little things. Period in the wrong place, comma where there should not be one etc.

The thing is I can't go on typing just 3 reports a day or I will lose my shirt !! I have been so upset tonight. I am praying this gets resolved and SOON.

Anyway, I know somehow something will work out.

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's a hot and humid morning here in southern Indy. I can't wait for the fall like weather to roll in on friday. We are all packed up and I think we are going to head out here soon. The new plan is to stop at Nashville, Indiana for lunch. It's kind of like Indiana's frankenmuth. It's full of little shops and restaurants. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
