Good evening, Christmas family

Just on my way to bed....I am very, very sleepy. Wish seems to be doing better again. I was really worried about hesterday. He had some GI issues and just did not seem to be feeling that well. But he snapped out of it and is fine again. Thank God. I tend to get quite achy joint wise from having to sit all the time and usually use a heating pad on my back during work. Wish came into my room while I was working yesterday and just stood there looking at me. Of course, I stopped and picked him up and put him on my lap while I hugged him and talked to him. Then I remembered the vet told me he has severe arthritis so I took the heating pad from behind my back and laid it on my bed and then put Wish on the heating pad. It was not long until he was fast asleep snoring. He really relaxed. I am so glad the heat helped him.

Made - How do you like your Kindle Fire by now ?? I really like mine but truth be told I still have a preference to my iPod a little. In a way it is like comparing apples with oranges....

The shop is so busy i got clothing in from the shopping channel. i said i wood take 2 pallets just to see what they are like.. they went like hell so had to get 2 more and have to more coming in monday..and wednesday
that am gonna have to start on the toys ~{
Am for a wedding today. and am wearing a dress am gonna be so cold
An gonna come home between it to check on the shop and the babies ~}

Good morning everyone! Something happened today that never happens..I get up take the dog out,then brush my teeth then put on my work uniform,then I realize i'm off on sat!!! whew now I can go back to bed! in 19 years I have never had that happen! anyways...its a warm 68F outside this morning. and its going to soar to 92F today. I hope this Indian summer will be over soon! We won our game last night and they gave us a run for our money though...we won by 3 points,the last 3 games the other teams were scoreless...we could be going to state again this year I believe! I guess I am going to check on the little one and go back to bed..have a great morning everyone!! and we are just about 40 days away from the start of the season!!!!!hoooraaayyy!

Good morning, everyone! How are you all? I am well. Getting ready to get this day started - we made pancakes for breakfast and now we all have to get ready, then we're going to be off to DH's hometown for a fall craft show. It's an annual thing they do every year and I always look foward to it.

Nothing else is going on here today. DH works tonight, so it will be just me and the kids. We will be probably rent a movie or watch one that we have. I don't know what we will do for dinner yet.

Tomorrow, we are taking the kids down to an amusement park close to our house that always has a huge fall craft fair, all kinds of activities, and has a standard fee of $5.00 to ride all day and for everything else in the park for the fair that day. It will be a fun time. That will be the last time the park is open that day. I love weekends off!

I hope you're all enjoying your weekends! I miss you all so! I hope I'm not missing too much. I will stop back tonight and try to catch up a little, once I get DS to bed. Good Morning MMC!!!!!! We are off to a chilly start here in central with a temp of 53 degree's right now. The warm up should start here shortly though and it looks like we will top out around 70 degree's. I have to take my niece's home and then I think I'm going to stop at a few craft shows. I might even run back up to the apple orchard. I need to check and see if any of the orchards around are letting you pick your own apples this year. The 2 that I usually go to aren't because they had such a bad crop this year and I miss it. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

The warm up should start here shortly though and it looks like we will top out around 70 degree's. I have to take my niece's home and then I think I'm going to stop at a few craft shows. I might even run back up to the apple orchard. I need to check and see if any of the orchards around are letting you pick your own apples this year. The 2 that I usually go to aren't because they had such a bad crop this year and I miss it. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

I hope you find an orchard that lets you pick your own. Have fun at the craft shows!

I love it and I think my niece's love it even more. You get a free month of amazon prime with it and I'm loving the streaming movies. It really does do a great job with them and I've only had one that kept having to stop and buffer. I might be tempted to subscribe to it after my free trial is up.

I still want an Ipod touch. That will probably be my next big purchase.

hi there...i wish u guys a happy, happy sunday....the sun is out...the temperatures are not too low and not too high...it is a beautiful day......just that my back still has not really gotten better...at least the muscles pains are slowly going away...just that bad##s pain in the lower back is still there...whenever i move...I have no idea how to deliver tomorrow like this....just say a lil prayer for me...would You?

Wayne and I took the baby squirrel to a Wildlife Rehab Center yesterday. It was really cool there. They had quite a few rescued bobcats, horses, dogs, cats, racoons and more. We got to tour around a bit. They even had one baby squirrel there and now that we brought another one, he has a friend. cheesy I thought the baby squirrel I had was not going to make it but he is doing very well, so glad of that!

We went to Walmart yesterday and they had a few aisle of Christmas goodies out, trees, lights, yard decor and more!

I got a full day today so going to try to read a bit of the Countdown before I go.

What a great story ~ I am so glad the baby squirrel is doing well and that he has a friend now!

It was meant for you to rescue that squirrel, just so the other squirrel would have a friend! You are so special! Have you heard the "fable" about the starfish where a little kid is walking along a beach and picks up the stranded starfish and throws them back into the ocean. An adult approaches him and asks what he's doing. The boy explains that he is throwing them to safety. The old man looks down the miles of beach and sees so many starfish and talks about how, with so many starfish, it really won't make a difference. The little boy, with a starfish in his hand, says, "It will make a difference to this one."

You are that starfish thrower!

I always loved this "fable"!

Good morning, Christmas friends. I am sitting here with my Halloween mug that says, "Gone Batty" It is black with orange polka dots and black bats. The inside is witch lime green. I got it two summers ago when we drove to Florida and stopped at a Cracker Barrel. They always have great Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas stuff. I will stop by periodically throughout the day. Unfortunately, Missy decided to wake me up around 4:30 this morning because she had to pee. I put on my flip flops, leashed her, and took her out for a few minutes. When we got back, I tried to go back to sleep and I couldn't. BUMMER!!!

On the plus side, while at Publix this morning, they had The Avengers on DVD AND a $5 off coupon. Hello purchase (among other things). I'm going through the ads on the film right now but as soon as the movie starts, I'll be one happy Kimmy.


Oh! Right now I'm making Vegetable Beef Soup in my crock-pot. YAY!!!!

Kim wants to head to Winners today. Luckily, and I only say this as we close in on the Season, there is a Walmart nearly right beside. I'm excited to see what Walmart may have in store! Hopefully I can snap a few pictures and contribute to the Blossoms thread. We'll see!!

Made, I can recommend Amazon Prime. We've had it for more than a year, and I watch the streaming video on TV via our Roku. (They just made the rest of "Upstairs, Downstairs" free, so I'll be catching up on that sometime.) Like you, I rarely have a hitch in the streaming---only a couple times, and it was on my end ... I had to restart the Wi-Fi router. Along with the video, you get free two-day shipping on a lot of things from Amazon, which we enjoy---sometimes the order shows up on the doorstep the next day.

what am i doing, you ask?

i'll tell you what i'm doing.... lounging on the couch, coffee in hand and a chocolate waffle perched next to me, watching a christmas film that is currently on one of my movies channels, i can smell the gorgeous aroma of my pork casserole simmering away in the oven, daughter is out for the day with grandparents so i have some peace and quiet. if only my tree was up this would be perfect!

i've been listening to "baby please come home" for the last few days. i love this song. what's your favourite version? darlene love, mariah carey or michael buble? it has to be mariah for me.
