VSU- Welcome back! we have missed you and I was getting worried about you! have you been back to V town lately? if not things have changed alot...! we have an olive garden now and the long awaited parking deck for the VSU students on oak street is now complete!lol and yea we are having another baby...mid to late november! again it's so good to see you back!

Can't sleep folks! I am just thinking about the upcoming holidays and what and where we will be doing for ours this year. Things will be different without dad here,kinda dreading sitting at the table and his place will be empty. I think we are still having Christmas at my place,and thanksgiving at home since the baby will just be like days old! my in laws will be here of course..really looking forward to it! The rain returned yesterday, but was never hard. More predicted for today and tomorrow, then dry on through the weekend (hopefully).

g'morning y'all! can you believe it's finally October? i love it! only 3 months of this beautiful time of year. now i want everything to slow down.

my daughter & i went to kmart the other day, they are closing here in our town. they had just put the closing signs up the night before. wowser if only the store had that many peeps in it when they were regularly open.... the signs said "up to 30% off". once we got in there it was like any other store. 20% off lowest ticket price-it was regular price!!!!! i was shocked @ how many peeps were in there w/ carts full. i told my daughter if this kept up the entire store would be empty in a matter of weeks & it's not projected to close until dec.22.

hubby had to go to Pa. this week. last weekend we were talking about decorating for Christmas & he said he wants to go all out this year. woo-hoo! after Christmas last year he bought some net lights for the front of the house, said he's gonna get some more to have enough for the entire front shrubs.

i had some tests ran last week on my gall bladder. it seems i have stones. haven't heard back from it yet......we will see.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's a chilly rainy morning and the rest of the day is looking the same. I got my oldest niece off to school and now me and my youngest niece are going to run to sam's club. I talked to my sister and she is hurting pretty bad this morning. I don't know what she was expecting but when they go in and take a bunch of stuff out of you, it's going to hurt. Well I'm off. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel a lot better, even with lymphedema. That part hurts like you know what. The doctor is recommending I go to a lymphedema clinic before I start radiation. She has also suggested a pain management clinic. We shall see! It is great to see you here. I thought maybe Made had you locked up in the kitchen doing dishes!

Wow, it has been quite some time since I made an appearance on this site! Needless to say, I have been very very busy!

The Good: I GOT MARRIED! 11 DAYS AGO TO BE EXACT!

It was a great day...not without its drama (photographer...ugh!), but still amazing!

The Bad: I am currently unemployed.

I'm not sure if I mentioned this here the last time I posted (I can't even remember when that was!) but I voluntarily left Hallmark as I started getting a lot more hours at Kohl's. Then in June, Kohl's decided to let me and a friend (also a supervisor) go due to an absolutely absurd reason, which we are both still fighting. Long story short, neither of us were allowed to collect unemployment and it is a long, drawn out, awful mess.

Other than that, life has been good and is starting to settle back down...and I can finally look forward to CHRISTMAS!!! Hope you all are doing well and I can't wait to be back and more active on this lovely site!!!

Kitchen clean, dishes done, living room clean, air conditioner put away for another season.
I am feeling great, nothing wrong that I know of. Just got results of my mammogram and it was normal.
Do not have to be at work until 5 so I get to relax and enjoy the afternoon.

I think I will work on some more cake decorations.

JP's dentist visit went well, his 6 year molars are growing in and the chipped tooth happened to be his baby tooth being cracked by the incoming molars. So it turns out to be nothing to be worried about, all is normal. Went and replaced the battery again, no charge as we just purchased the battery 3 weeks ago, phew! that gets expensive. Getting ready to dive into the beef stew.''

I got sick yesterday at work after lunch and had to go home. I'm still feeling awful so I'm staying home today. I hate to call in sick but at the same time, being immunosuppressed makes me vulnerable to illness.

good morning y'all! i cannot wait for fall weather to arrive here. oh wow guys, it was so humid yesterday when we woke up the air was sticky feeling indoors & then all day @ work was just icky. no matter how you were dressed you were hot & sweaty. yuck. it feels the same out there today. nothing much going on here.

@ work we are really geared up for Christmas. the open house is the 1st of december & it will take from now till then to get everything finished.

Good Tuesday everyone! it was a warm muggy day here,kind of cloudy high of 90F..Jordan is cryin non stop last night so I sayed up with him...he is teething...and let me tell you those theeth are sharp!!! brandi is getting in to the latter term of pregnancy but is dreging forward...she only gets 6 weeks paid leave so she plans to go right back,,I kind of feel like she should take the rest of the year off but she is very idependant. Well another day closer to the holidays...I am still waiting for fall!

I hope Jordan is feeling better today!

Did you send this warmer weather, Made? I will accept it because I see chilly temps are coming after Saturday... woo hoo! Now I feel the need to make sure everything is weatherproofed in this old house. Gotta get some new weatherstripping for the back door and go to town with the spray foam again (my fave activity, ha!)
