If anyone is looking for something to watch on TV tonight, and if you are interested in true crime stories, 48 Hours is on CBS soon. The story they're featuring is called "Desperate Measures", and it's about a murder in my hometown. I followed the trial, and it's a sad, yet interesting story.

That is one of the few crime shows I like ! How sad that it happened in your hometown xo

We watched a couple of serial chapters, a musical short, and a Boston Blackie mystery on the big screen, and a British show on the TV. A well-rounded night!

We've got our work cut out for us tomorrow. Our plow guy didn't come by today. We left a message this evening but we haven't heard from him, so it looks like we're going to have to try to shovel out the driveway. Everyone else one the street dug out using snow-blowers, but we don't have one. Gotta dig out somehow tomorrow so we can get to work on Monday.

Still chilly yesterday. The warmth just has not come back so far.
We stand at 29 degrees here at this hour with the hope of perhaps a bit warmer weather for today.
(At least there will be no snow!)

What a storm ! We didn't get power back until late last night it was so cold in the house wishing I had a fireplace . I feel bad for those who still don't have power back on some have been told it could be 3 to 5 days .

Lovely evening here...mild temps, but weather moving in later....Daughter, son-in-law and our darling little grandson here to visit. That little guy keeps us on our toes, but oh do we love him! Fighting off a cold with some tea and honey~ hope all of you are safe and sound that were in the path of Nemo.

Good morning, everybody! I hope that everyone in the Northeast is doing ok...yall are in my thoughts...

Raining here today and it looks like it is going to be raining for most of the day. I'm going to do some work this morning and get the house picked up. AFter that, I'm going to cook supper for wifey and me....sometime in there...I'm going to fit in a nap...

I will see yall later....time to read the rest of the boards...

Wayne and I didn't do too much yesterday, just ran a few errands and was home early. We are both fighting off a cold. We didn't even go out for lunch like we usually do. We stayed in and ate a bunch of healthy food and loaded up on vitamins. It seems to be helping! Well, Wayne did dive into some chips and dip but that's okay!

Okay everyone, just because I try to eat healthy all the time doesn't mean for you all not to offer me some virtual treats, cookies, cakes, ice cream, candy and more on here! I got to be able to "eat" it somewhere! I love that stuff, it just doesn't love me! (It's not fun being me sometimes :lol. Keep enjoying all the goodies and "send" some my way!!! =)
