Christmas Countdown - 2013

Made-from-scratch minestrone is in the crockpot and already smells so good. I bought some really good sourdough bread to make garlic bread with. I normally don't make a lot of desserts, but I think I will make an apple crisp made with Cracker Barrel fried apples. Who's coming for dinner?

I'll be there with beignets and voudoux cofee!!!!!!! Well if there is any left after the plane ride that is. :lol:

dropping daughter at work and then I am going in early so that I can get the computer courses done hopefully before I start work at 5.

Just finished putting away a batch of strawberry flavoured marshmallows for our hot chocolate. Picked up the decorations for the seniors lunch and will get them packed away tomorrow...I hope.

Wow, are my eyelids heavy today. All this talk about kinklings, beignets and apple crisp is making me hungry. I have to pick up the boys soon. I did get the rest of the indoor Christmas lights down finally.
