Lloyd Nolan, omg! I just received my Topper DVDs and can hardly wait to view them!

Lloyd Nolan was a marvelous actor---under-rated and (sadly) not well known today. He played Mickey Rooney's priest in "It Came Upon the Midnight Clear," too. Distinctive voice.

I did not put my cat, Charlie, on this game box! We got this game as a joke because of all the strays hanging around my house that we feed. The grandkids were playing it last week, left the game on the floor and my cat crawled up on it and ended up napping on it all day long. We left the box there because between eating and playing he kept jumping back on it and napped on it the next day as well. It just happen to be his spot to sleep for a couple of days. Ha ha! Now he is back to sleeping in the cat tree.

Not a happy Monday. Got rear-ended on the way to work---just slightly. I was stopped at a traffic light and the car behind me rolled forward and bumped me. Enough bumper damage to put in a claim, but no injuries. So I have forms to fill out and have to schedule an appointment with an insurance appraiser. Be careful out there, folks.

And we're supposed to get 4 to 8 inches of snow overnight. Make ... it ... stop. Please.

Well, I must venture out in this blizzard for food! Our cupboards are almost bare.

Adrian is heading to be with him Mom for a knee surgery later in the week.

Can you please keep my MIL in your prayers? Her name is Dorothy, and she is a wonderful woman.

..A big animal lover, like us. She would willingly be in the crazy cat lady club, too! She takes many strays in, and allows them to call her garage home. She even heats it in the winter, and lays out blankets. She also volunteers at a local shelter, and covers their medical needs. Love her!

Enough bumper damage to put in a claim, but no injuries. So I have forms to fill out and have to schedule an appointment with an insurance appraiser. Be careful out there, folks.

Christmas-A-Holic, do you have Celiac disease? I do, I eat gluten free too.

I had allergy testing done and came up with wheat/gluten and dairy allergies. I am also allergic to many outdoor stuff as well. What a bummer, huh? I miss out on so many yummy goodies but I make the best of it! =)

Even with that "don't care" looking face, he has got to be the most sweetest, loving, floppiest cat around! What I mean by floppy, he just melts in your arms and never squirms when you go to pick him up. He is not afraid of anyone unlike my other cat, Gary, who darts to the other room when people come over. Gary is very loving to those who live in our house, everyone else thinks we have just one cat because they never see him!

Another case would be when you take care of your elderly parents - I found out who my real friends were then. Although it was very upsetting at the time it happened, in the long run it is better to know. I'm very sorry you and MerryCarey had to go through such things. {{{Hugs}}} to you both!!!!

Hey everyone! It's Monday and we are busy signing lease papers and stuff like that. The weather is beautiful here and we have seen plenty of snow in the higher elevations. I am ready to get home though simply so I can get some rest! Have a good Monday everyone!
