I am not sure. It was in the discussion we had last week, talking about movies. I will have to go back through the posts and see if I recognize the name. I should have written it down. What is so funny is I just (about half an hour ago) bought a tablet and pen to set here by the computer to write notes and recommendations for myself as I read the posts!!! We have had so many good posts on movies, crocheting patterns, food, (etc.) lately that I didn't want to miss any. A day late and a dollar short, I guess, LOL!

Miracle On 34th Street, Christmas With The Kranks, Fred Claus, Home Alone, Home Alone 2, Scrooged, The Polar Express.... cheesy

I bought one brand new off of Amazon a few years back. I will look to see if I can find any info. On who I bought it from...

Besides being a Christmas nut, I'm also a Charlie's Angels nut, I had to have it because I love Jacklyn Smith too ;)

I only saw it for the first time in 2010, I enjoyed it, but my wife doesn't like it.

Good evening,

I am still feeling pretty yucky, it is amazing how miserable you feel when your ears are blocked, I can't hear much and it is driving me nuts. I will probably head back to the Dr on Tuesday, see if there is anything he can do, prescribe, so on... We went to see The Croods for our niece's birthday, I didn't like the movie too much, give me the Flintstones any day. Then it was off to their house for pizza and cake, but I should have stayed home, but who can turn down pizza and cake. cheesy

I am feeling lousy, so I will probably say good night now, I do have to work, I can't afford to miss any more work time.

Good night everyone.

Keeping you in my thoughts!

I used to watch it with my Dad, when it aired on TV at Christmas time. So, it also makes me sentimental, and I get that nostalgic feeling when watching it.

My Dad loves Christmas movies as much as I do!! We used to keep tissues nearby when watching them together, LOL.

I would love to find The Night They Saved Christmas on DVD, I occasionally find it on Ebay, but WAAAY to expensive for a used DVD.

I bought it through a company called Ace Vids.

I always watch it when it's on tv but it's not in my top 10.

Good evening!
Quick read through here, sounds like you are all well.
I have been studying my codes, but am have a lot of trouble memorizing them, not sure what the issue is. Foggy brain most likely. I think part is neves too as I have to get a high score on the test if I want to keep this job.

Enough whining, back to the codes!

Make flash cards!!! You can do it!!

We are all rooting for you Star !!!

We're up to an inch of snow so far. They are saying the heavy band may shift to just north of Indy so we may be on the low end of the 6 to 10 inch band.

I love this - thank you, CM3! {{{CM3}}}

What is your color scheme? In a previous post, I said that I had ordered the kit Merry Carey has and I ordered one other Christmas one. I would like to do something in a jewel tone of teal, deep purple, cranberry....

Oh, your colors are going to be gorgeous! Red Heart's Windsor blue is the predominant color of the hexagon afghan. I'm going for a "flower" design so some of the centers are in a light teal, light yellow, white, and country blue. Once I have a few of the flowers done, I will be able to tell if I can use other colors. It would be nice to use up some of the "scraps" I have. I have a dark purple I want to add in and a darker teal, too, but I'm not sure if they'll work with the blue. I have so much of that color - when yarn was on sale I bought lots of it years ago. I finally decided to use my stash up. cheesy

I saw this one when I did a search of polar bear afghans last week when we discussed afghans on MMC. I am not sure if I could do it or not. I would be afraid of messing up some stitches and not realizing it until I was already at the head and noticed that the foot was turned backwards, LOL.

I haven't figured out a way to control the balls of yarn that get dropped. Do you know of an easy way?

I believe you will do fine, Christmasstar!
