Another day, another day! We had our second fire in the new fireplace last night...I LOVE IT!!! Already looking forward to Thanksgiving week when I'll be off, putting up Christmas lights, and at night watching Christmas movies in front of the fire...I can't wait!!! and it is only SEVEN months away!!!

We love our fireplace too! It's especially nice when we lose power (no heat or water for us) in the winter.

In the middle of trying to read some post but got to get off here for a bit.

My granddaughter does not have a fever today but a little congested and tired. I just hate when my little ones are sick.

Need Coffee!!!!!!!

Well I didn't make it to the kitchen to make my coffee, instead, I fell down on the couch and took a 2 hour nap. I'm ready to go now though!!!!!

Hello everyone, and happy Wednesday!
Well, I did it. I bought my first Christmas related purchase of the year. I have been eyeing the Ray Charles cd "That Spirit of Christmas" and noticed there were only 4 left in stock from the company I wanted to buy from on Amazon. So, I jumped on it. I love that song by the same title (the one on "Christmas Vacation" that Clark listens to as he watches the old family movies). I also jumped over to Youtube and listened to the song.
Now, the big question...can I wait until October to listen to the cd, or will I pop it in once it arrives?!

I love that song, go ahead and pop it in when you get. You have to make sure it works. cheesy

Good morning everyone, I was out at Bed Bath and Beyond last night with the wife and as I was wandering thru the isles, I stumbled upon these great finds way back hidden in a corner:

horrible day at work today......yesterday we were told we had until friday to deliver some unimportant coupon magazines (which won´t expire before July)......so everyone only took a little yesterday and planned to continue like that until Friday....little by little......tomorrow I get to work and suddenly we had to deliver all those stupid magazines today.....the magazines alone were more in number than I usually deliver all day.....all in all...I had about 550 letters/magazines to deliver.....which is 2and half times more than usually....the bike was so heavy.....I was so mad....because they told us otherwise...so we planned how to deliver and then they totally threw it off.....
I got up with a bad back ache.....and of course driving around a million pounds heavy bike doesn´t help....my back is very sore at the moment...and I am afraid I have this lumbago again...I had it last year and am not too keen on having it again....but the pain is awfully similar!!!!!

Sorry you had a bad day. ended up with so much more to do. hope your back is just sorer from the extra work and is better after a nights sleep
