I am still waiting for my lawn to turn green again! I should however get out there and rake it.

Our place doesn't even have grass yet, God only knows when they'll be able to put some down. It's a muddy mess :/

Good Pinesday morning all!

Carl has some spring treats for us all! Can't wait to see what he has for us!

My work shift is changing. I end 1 hour earlier and start one hour earlier. Its been forever since we have had a work shift bid. Frustrating times at work. Its hard to work for a company that you are shamed to work for. Its also hard to find a new job these days. I NEED to find one because this company hasn't given me a raise in 5 years. I went to ask for one and I was told I wouldn't see one probably ever again. How are you supposed to keep agents when you say that?! But they do not care. My BOSS cares but the mangers and CEO does not. Horrible way to get treated. Enough of that. I'm listening to Christmas music to cheer me up. Hey its working! Couldn't make it to Dads last weekend due to icy conditions. Well back to watching my show! Have a great day everyone and see you at the Pines!

Not cool for your company to treat it's agents that way, sadly it's more common nowadays. They think you should be lucky to have a job, (who says you aren't?!) but they should also be grateful for loyal employees!! So frustrating. Hang in there, friend!! Hope you can find something else in the near future. Until then, keep rocking the Christmas music!!!

Hello everyone, and happy Wednesday!
Well, I did it. I bought my first Christmas related purchase of the year. I have been eyeing the Ray Charles cd "That Spirit of Christmas" and noticed there were only 4 left in stock from the company I wanted to buy from on Amazon. So, I jumped on it. I love that song by the same title (the one on "Christmas Vacation" that Clark listens to as he watches the old family movies). I also jumped over to Youtube and listened to the song.
Now, the big question...can I wait until October to listen to the cd, or will I pop it in once it arrives?!

Ahhhh, I wish I could help, last night I purchased a box of Keurig "Wolfgang Puck - Breakfast in Bed" a medium Roast Mi-Noir.... Very Nice!!! I would share!

Another day, another day! We had our second fire in the new fireplace last night...I LOVE IT!!! Already looking forward to Thanksgiving week when I'll be off, putting up Christmas lights, and at night watching Christmas movies in front of the fire...I can't wait!!! and it is only SEVEN months away!!!

My head is spinning both with what goes on in the world and what goes on in my world but all in all, life is good...Thanks be to God for COFFEE!!! And tea I guess...

I told her not only would I fix the mower, I'd cut the grass for $65! She agreed, thinking I wouldn't be able to repair the mower. I told her last night she owed me $65. Any bets on when or IF I'll ever collect?
