Thank goodness this little get together my daughter had is wrapping up now. I'm going to make sure they cleaned everything up and then head to bed.

the plaque is hard to read so this is what is written on it...
This flag is a memorial to those who lost their lives in the attacks of September 11, 2001.
It was erected by Grand Isles county residents during the 24 hours following the event. Flying from a birch pole set on a sand bar in the lake it was later moved to higher ground.
On September 11, 2010 the flag was moved to this permanent site in a ceremony including fire fighters, police, rescue personnel and ordinary citizens.
May we never forget.
This flag and pole are maintained by the Grand Isle VFW and the Vermont department of transportation.

I walked right by it and didn't see it - heard a weird noise and watched it slowly slither over to a dark area by the chimney. I was literally shaking I was so scared. My attic is unfinished and full of bags, boxes and totes. So many places for it to hide. Not happy!!!!

I would have passed out..... I love looking at reptiles...and even held a babysnake in my hand two years ago....but i knew it was harmless....that would totally freak me out.....I pray that u get rid of it asap

That had me laughing and reminded me of my teenhood......When Romeo and Juliet, the one with DiCaprio came out....my best friend Viki and I went to see it....we didnt really like it other than DiCaprio....in the dying scene, Claire Dane who played Juliet made a very funny face......Viki started laughing and so dd I.....and because we were laughing hysterically....others in our row started laughing too......in the end almost everybody in that theater was laughing while Romeo and Juliet had to die......only five students besides.us were sitting there shaking there heads saying something like " something like that happens only in worms with stupid people" ..we didntcare and just laughed even more
