Christmas Countdown - 2013

We did! It got a little wild though when DS starting kicking EA and she was getting mad, but that didn't last long. He got into trouble for that! :lol:
Good morning, MMC! How are you all doing this morning? I am well. Just enjoying some coffee and some peace and quiet while the kids are still in bed. DH will be home in 45 minutes or so.
What are your plans for the day? I have a lot I want to get done, so I am going to busy, busy, busy! We have to take EA to get pictures done around 9ish. It's for her 4 yo pictures. She's growing up to fast!!! Then, I have to take some of the kids clothes, drop them off to a place I take them, and she re-sell's them for me. I also need to get a few more things for EA's birthday party next week and I would also like to go to the market today and buy mum's, pumpkins, you name it. Hopefully we will have time to do all that, we'll see.
Any fun plans for the weekend? DH and I both work the whole weekend, he being off Sunday, but I work Sunday night as well. I am not sure if we will do anything during the daylight hours or not. I know I need to starting cleaning this well and decorating for fall!

Started my Christmas shopping today. I bought my wife a Louis Vuitton purse. Women like that stuff right?
She'll love it!!!

Morning! Just popping in while I get a chance. We are having rain this morning and I think its going to last most of the weekend. It lightened up just enough so I could take J to school without us getting drenched. I was hoping to walk to the shops this morning but didn't want to risk us getting caught in a downpour. I am so curious to see if there are Halloween/Christmas things out, they usually start after school reopens.
Our weekend will be a cosy, quiet and unplanned one. I will be working on Sunday so that always makes our weekends shorter.
Hope everyone is having a good day, I am off to continue with a few things I have been doing while keeping my little one amused Hope the rain stops in time for the school run at 3pm!

DH just got home - he was at a fire all night and he looks horrible. I feel bad for him. There's not many nights that he is up all night like me and then has to go on not very much sleep. It's going to be a long day for him.

A nice crisp evening was ours yesterday and a taste of early Autumn is predicted for today and Saturday before it gets a bit warmer again for Sunday.

At this point of the morning, we record 66 degrees on our handy-dandy backdoor thermometer.

Leaving for Port Huron in a few min, going to pick up parcels at our US address (my daughter is ) and going to do a bit of shopping. Might pop into Hobby lobby, but they are not fond of us Canadians so will only go if we have the time.
