In the mean time I am watching Blazing Saddles. I love Mel Brooks movies, and this one may be his best.

Did you ever see "Silent Movie"? It doesn't get as much love as his other movies, but it's a really fun picture. (Especially if you're old enough to recognize the people doing cameos!)

Good morning!!! It was another chilly morning in Ohio! 42º for our morning walk! And it was awesome!!!
Not much going on at the office today! My boss is being whiney! Happy Happy Joy Joy! :lol: It was so nice when he was off yesterday! HA!! (no, my boss is a good guy, but you know it's always nice when the boss is away...)
Hope you are all having a great day & enjoying some fall'ish weather! It's supposed to warm up a little bit more as the week goes on!

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be another beautiful day here with a high in mid 70's. Pretty excited here today. My brother from another mother is going to become a dad!!! My sister from another mother is starting a new job that I know she is going to be great at and NCIS is back tonight!!!! I'm going to try and contain my excitement though and do some work around the apartment and maybe make a couple of apple pies. I'm also going to work on some preliminary song lists for the shows I volunteered to do on Kringle radio. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been feeling well the past couple of days. My headaches/migraines have been just awful. And to top it off the kids have been sick. I had two of them at the doctor yesterday, the other is going today.
I got a call last night from the mother of the little girl I was going to start watching today. Her grandmother has volunteered to put her on the bus on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so they will not be needing me. The mother promised me that if anything changes I will be the first one she calls. To be honest with you, I am almost relieved because I haven't been feeling well lately. Some days I barely have the energy to get through the day and take care of my own family.
I will be heading out soon, the dogs have a groomer appointment in a little while. I have a few errands to run while Molly and Maggie are at the groomer, including a trip to the supermarket. Then back home for chores. I also need to start a big pot of chicken soup for dinner.

I am honestly wishing you emotional and physical strength to go through all the hard times. But there are lots more good times ahead, aren't there?

Everything has worked out regarding DH and his new position afterall. Feels good to know where things are at finally! He also managed to fix the car and it is running. I think there is still one minor thing but that shoud be ok.

It's a beautiful morning here. It has that sort of orange light cast through the greyness that you only see in autumn. I'm going to walk my son to school and take my little one for a walk through the park. I'll see you all later.

I had mine off the uni today (my timetable says I don't have any lectures on Tuesday) so I did some reading, handled in some CVs for part-time job positions, and bought a pack of amazing Christmas cards. I'm so happy about it because it was very good deal in 'Cardfactory'. ^^

The fall trips you took, were they by train?

Not this time. It was a road trip to Maryland and we also went as far as New York City to visit the 9/11 Memorial and John Lennon's Imagine/Strawberry Fields in Central Park near the Dakota Apartments where he and Yoko lived. She still lives there and owns multiple apartments in that building.

I have taken the train coast to coast (Florida - California) and from Chicago through all the Colorado mountains to California. Then all along the Coast of California. These were all summer trips. I am hoping to do a long train trip sometime in the fall and winter! So much fun!

Yeah, I've got 4 different show ideas and I'm just working on a rough song list for each one to see which ones work the best or if I want to volunteer to do all of them.

Alright everyone....about to head to bed....I'm sure things will be touch and go for me the next few days, but I will keep everyone posted ASAP. We are reporting tomorrow morning at 6:00 am and they said they would have her on an IV by 7:00....she is already 4 cm dilated...so they don't think it will take all day....

Man, it seems like yesterday I was telling everyone that we were having a baby...that it was a boy...no wait, a girl.....time sure flies...

I'm a bundle of nerves right now....need to sleep, but I'm not sure how I'm going to do that....

anyways....i'm off.....say a prayer for the Little Bambina and Dr. Wifey if you don't mind...
