any one here get a flu shot? I did not get it last year, but now that I am working with the public again I think I will get it this time.

The tv and decorating require going up the ladder into the attic. I was trying to avoid putting that much stress on my foot.

Hey everyone! I was camping this week when I got an urgent call from home, so when I got there I found out my mom died suddenly Saturday morning and I am just leaving now Utah to go up to Portland to go the funeral and I may not be around here for a few days maybe longer but just wanted to ask for prayers cause I need em!!! I have now lost my mom and dad and I just did not see it happening at all this fast! talk to yall guys later!

Good evening!
I had a busy afternoon and evening. I went to the gym with my daughter earlier so she could show me around. We went on the treadmill, elliptical and the recumbent bikes. I think I like the bike the most, probably because I could sit down! We went on some other machines too. I don't think I'll be going to any of the classes yet. I really don't think i would be able to keep up with the instructors. I'll see how it goes. I'm happy she came with me today and I think I'll be comfortable enough to go alone tomorrow. I also had several errands to run after dinner. So I'm ready for bed now. My legs feel kind of achy right now. I'm probably really going to feel it tomorrow.

I'm getting mine tomorrow morning. I get one every year. Haven't had the flu since I started getting one annually. I'm not afraid of the needle---after my experiences with chemotherapy, a flu shot is a piece of cake.
