tomorrow Kandice and I are doing the house.....well Kandice arranges her room and then watches TV while I do the rest.......after that we will flop on the couch and watch Christmas videos!!!

I don't know why I bother buying so many cat toys. All I have to do is throw a bag on the floor and they entertain themselves for hours. Any kind of bag. They get right inside of it. Crazy cats!

Well, it's about to happen. We are about to leave our baby with someone else of for the first time. We are going to go get groceries and look at some Christmas stuff....

I don't know why I'm so anxious....I'm leaving her with my Mom...but I'm so nervous....for crying out loud, the woman we are leaving her with raised me...wait....that explains the nerves.....

It will be OK! It's just that first time anxiety thing... Hey, you get a chance to enjoy some free time with your wifey (you won't be getting a lot of that any time soon), so relax, enjoy the change in scenery, have fun..... :-D

Nice....I love to watch the Harry Potter movies, all of the time. My favorites, are the first 2 that were directed by Chris Columbus.

I love the first two movies as well!!! I love them....they are still so playfully.....and then it is getting with each movie....which fits, too...but the first two movies are just really cute!!!

That's so funny about the water bottles! Sometimes I give my dogs an empty toilet paper roll to play with. I saw a friend of mine give her dog an empty paper towel roll, he played with it until it fell apart. I figured a toilet paper roll was more Molly and Maggie's size.

Tigger passed away years ... heck, decades ... ago. We had her at home when I was little, but I still have lots of photos of her. And I still have her pedigree. Her ancestors were all cat-show Champions and Grand Champions, but because Tigger had a tiny little cream-colored spot on her white bib, she was disqualified from cat shows, so she was sold as a pet when she was a kitten. We got her from a woman who adored Winnie-the-Pooh---she named her Manx cat Eeyore, and her dachshund was Roo. Tigger's full name was Tigger-the-Pooh---and that's what it says on her pedigree! But her ancestors had names like Starlight Mario, Malibu Silver Cinder, and Wee Heather Holly-Ann of Gray Ivy.

Good morning!
Well I sat myself down in bed last night to do some reading and immediately fell asleep. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning. The book was still in my hands, I was fully dressed (including shoes), never took my makeup off. I hate when that happens. Then I found my husband on the couch in the den, the tv was on and he was sound asleep. What a lively bunch we are. Getting old stinks. And of course after I settled back in to bed I was wide awake and tossed and turned for the rest of the night. Then one of my cats jumped on my night table at about 3:00 a.m. and I swear she was looking at something in my room, but there was nothing there. Unless she saw a ghost, lol. My cats do that once in a while and it really freaks me out. Anyway, its probably going to be a long day. My goal is to get all of my daily chores done and go food shopping at some point. I will be happy if I get that done.
I hope everyone is well and has a happy Saturday!!!

LOL! I hate when that happens too. I usually am reading a book on my tablet when it happens. I really do hate taking off my makeup...it's such a petty chore! I hope you were able to get all of your errands and chores fun. You deserve some fun and relaxation tomorrow!

Good morning, everyone! Sorry I've been absent for a week or so, but it's been soooo incredibly busy here at my house. I know I try to check in at least say hi, but like I said, it's just been non-stop. If I try to tell you everything that's been going on with my kids activities, you will get bored reading!

Anyway, how are you all doing? We've been doing very well. I had a great week with my kids. DH was very busy - he worked his normal days and took a class all week, so that made me extra busy, on top of everything else, but we had a lot of fun, everyday.

As far as the weekend, he's actually away now, at the Pitt vs. Navy game, which it's at Navy (in Annapolis, MD). The kids and I are spending the day watching Halloween specials on Disney Jr., then this evening, we have a Halloween parade EA will be twirling in. My sister and boyfriend will take DS, that way he can watch it.

Tomorrow will be just spent relaxing, since I head back to work tomorrow night. I know I've missed a lot on here, important things as well. Know that I am thinking of all of you. Miss all of you dearly and pray for all of you daily as well!

Good morning everyone!

It's another chilly October morning in Ottawa. Lots to do today. I have a big interview on Monday. I have to go to a friend's house. He is going to help me prepare. The interview is for a temporary teaching position until the end of January. Yes, I could have temporarily have my own classroom. Crazy, isn't it? I just need to prepare a lot this weekend. With all this, I am going to need to send in my resignation for my current job. On top of this, I keep receiving phone calls to supply teach. If I don't get the temporary position, I will be making myself available to supply as of a week from Monday.

Things are changing for me, aren't they? I have went from no employment for a month to too much employment! I feel terrible for resigning from my position after only three weeks, but this is the profession that I have been chasing for the past two and a half years. I hope they understand.

I should get going. I have a busy day ahead. And, yes, this day also includes going to the mall to search for Christmas decorations! Very excited!

I actually took a class two semesters ago specifically on interviewing, introductions, preparing resumes, questions that are asked in interviews, etc. I just started interviewing a couple of weeks ago and the preparation really helped. Good Morning MMC!!!! It's a chilly morning here in central indy. It's 40 degree's outside with a 20mph wind blowing. Hopefully my sister and the girl scouts aren't freezing!! Would you believe---in all the years we've been driving Corollas, neither of us had a Check Engine light come on. But then again, we have them serviced regularly by the book.

I am sorry to hear about Tigger's passing! Tigger's pedigree is so intriguing! I do love her name, I think it sounds much cuter than the others. It's a good thing she was your pet compared to being in the shows - now you have wonderful memories to look back on!
