We worked some more in the back part of the house and finished moving the sofas to the garage. Hubby set out the TV trays for us to use in the front room for our meals. It feels weird to do this!

Thanks for all your well wishes regarding the nausea. It was in check within 30 minutes. Thank goodness for medication!

Sleep, why is it that it seems (at least with me), that the older I get, the more trouble I have with going to and staying asleep? Mecka, your not alone, I've been dealing with that myself for awhile also...

Maybe it's just me and that I'm internally stressed out, due to the reality of turning 50 in 2 weeks... Oh Brother, where does the time go????

Good evening everyone! Hopefully your Monday was good. :] I spent my day at the campus library working on one of my essays, and I've just finished talking with my mum on 'Skype'. We discussed the issue of me coming back home for Holidays. The prices of the tickets still remain very high and I don't yet know my exam timetable which is very frustrating. :/ Anyway, my fingers are crossed and I hope to figure something out as soon as possible otherwise the airline will increase its fees even more.

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. Mom had to be taken to Baptist hospital in Wake Forest early Wed morning. She was in ICU until Saturday when they told us there was nothing else they could do. She is now back home and hospice has been called in. My wife is down there now taking care of her until we complete the transition to hospice. I'm trying to work a little today but it is not easy.

We are really taking 1 day at a time and I'm not sure when I will be back on. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughts for our family. You're the greatest.

Oh, mgramsey, I as so very sorry to read this. Your mom and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. {{{HUGS}}}

My cousin and I had a lot of fun on our day out to Frankenmuth. We laughed and smiled a lot and managed to go to all the places we wanted to go to and still get back in time for her to get her children from school and me to do my chores. Great day!

My Mom told us we needed to start watching this...said it's a great show! We are going to start watching it next week.....

I just looked at the forecast and they are calling for non-stop rain from Wednesday night until Thursday night. That means it'll be a monsoon for Trick or Treat and we'll probably have no kids.
