"If I may"??
The final countdown just wouldn't be the same without you. Don't you dare miss it!
Good evening everyone!
Almost time for dinner! It's that late already? I had my first day as a supply teacher today. It was an interesting experience. I had one easy class and the next two were a little crazy. I was warned prior, so at least I could prepare myself. Overall, though, there was a decent mix of great students and troublemakers. At least there was some solace to be found in the classroom.
It was a fairly windy day in Canada's capital. You could certainly feel the heavy breeze while driving! Still, the sun was shining and it made for a nice November day.
I hope everyone has had a great Thursday. The weekend is one work day away. Soon, we will begin the final weekend before the Christmas Season! And, of course, tomorrow begins our world famous Special Posts! I may not be able to read first thing - as I will be traveling to teach - but I look forward to reading it tomorrow evening.
Have a great evening everyone!
Sorry I haven't been around much the past couple of days! I am finally done with all of the heart testing. I just gave them back the heart monitor today after wearing it for 24 hours. When I got home I turned QVC on and it made me so hungry! All of the food looked so yummy, especially the Christmas desserts! I just had some buttermilk chicken for dinner and it was delicious.
Any Christmas movies on tonight?

Time to go meet my hubby to blow out water lines at the trailer! Then to the Origami Owl party! Have a wonderful night everyone!!!!
Good evening, everyone!!! What are you all up to? I am just relaxing and watching Trading Christmas on Hallmark. This one of my all-time favorite Hallmark Christmas movies. I am also enjoying a cup of coffee and will have a piece of carrot cake here soon too.
My supervisor called here a little bit ago and told me she doesn't want me to come to work until 11 now, so I won't lay down now for 45 minutes or so. Here's to hoping I can sleep!
Hope you're enjoying you're evening!!!
Well I have warm apple cider instead of coffee but I'm watching Hallmark too.
No carrot cake either. I do have Brownies though!!!
Hope you can get some sleep!!!
that is wonderful, look for ward to seeing the pictures.I hardly believe what I heard---my supervisor says we're going to have a Christmas tree here at the office! I guess she asked about it and permission was given. Considering the creative types here it will probably turn into something unconventional, but I think it's great that we'll be having one at all. (The only tree since I've been here has been my tabletop tree made from wire hangers, tinsel, and a string of lights---and several people here look forward to seeing it each year.) I don't know when it's going up, but I hope to have a hand in it.
