Good afternoon! Getting ready to take the kids to get their Christmas pictures done. Hopefully DS cooperates. He's at that age where he doesn't like getting his picture taken.

W were supposed to get some snow here today as well, but only got a dusting, so it missed us, which is fine by me. I work tonight, supposed to go in at 10, then off tomorrow.

I've been battling a cold for days now. Hoping it starts to let up soon! Let the season of all of this junk begin!

Well, I've gotta go. Talk to you guys later on!

Just popping in - have to run to the dentist in a few. Will catch up when I am home.

I can't feel my fingers after cleaning the snow off of my car!!! I was just finishing up and I swept a huge pile off of the top of my car when a gust of wind blew and all of the snow dumped on me. Oy vey!!

Been just relaxing today, I have done laundry, dishes and I am soon going to finish decorating. It is a beautiful snowy day here, I love looking out the window and watch the flakes just flit down. I was suppose to go out and do some Christmas shopping, but I really don't want to drive in the snow right now, even though driving the boys to school this morning the new car did awesome in the snow.
I better get decorating.

Hey everyone. Hope you're enjoying the wonders of this season thus far. Just wanted to ask what kind of ornaments you have received from your trading partner. This year is my 5th year doing it as my family enjoys it. Haven't heard from our trading partner since early November. We sent her ornaments off some time ago and saw that the package was delivered. Certainly hope she is doing okay.

Good morning. Looks like I am starting to get my wish for snow. We got snow and ice the day before about 5"-8" and they were only predicting an inch or 2. I just looked out the window here at the office and it's snowing it's butt off right now. The streets are already covered, right smack in the middle of rush hour in Baltimore; Oh that's not going to be good... At least I was the smart one and got up 4:45 this morning and headed into the office early~

They are calling for another 4"-6" of snow today and I just love it! It's always great when your on the inside looking out and not driving around in the stuff.....

Well, hope you all have a glorious day today in all your adventures! :yahoo:

*Jealousy* You must have got our snow - they were calling for 3-6" Friday & we got 1-2"! Now they are saying 4-8" this Friday! We'll see! Enjoy your snow & STAY SAFE out there!!! And yes - I too love to be inside, watching it snow outside. LOVE IT!!!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's just plain cold here!!!! It looks like it won't be quite as cold as they thought it would be though since we are already up to 15 degree's. Not much on my agenda for today. Just a few things to do around the apartment and then I'll settle in and watch some Christmas movies. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

It's blasted cold here too!!! :cold: That wind.... Tomorrow night 4º- BRRRRRRRR!!!!

Good afternoon!!! Hope you are all staying warm today! It sure is freezin in Ohio!!! Ready to go home where I can crank up the furnace & get cozy!! :smile: I haven't been on much but I have caught up since yesterday - I think!

Tomorrow night we go to the TSO concert!! So excited!!! Hoping the hubby is done working in time to come along!!!

This Saturday is cookie day with my friend & her kids! Sunday is candy day at Moms with my sisters/sil/nieces! So much to look fwd too this week!! It's just going so fast! Need to check my supplies to make sure I have enough of everthing!

My FIL is having knee replacement surgery Thursday. I know he's nervous about that. Hoping/praying all goes well for him!! He has been in so much pain with his knees, so hopefully this helps him a bunch! He will be in the hospital a minimum of 3 nights! Could be interesting! ;-)

Ok...quitting time here! YAY! Hope you are all having a wonderful Christmassy day!!!

Hey everyone! Is everyone else freezing their beeehinds off? Oh wow that 15 inches of snow we received last week is not going anywhere!! Right now at 2 pm it is 18F tonight is getting down to 5F with wind chills in the -10's!! Yikes! I love it though. Sunday I lost my power during the Christmas party and it was off until Monday morning. I had just the fireplace so I slept in the living room in front of it in a sleeping bag. Brandi and the kids fly home Friday and I think they are seeing some snow in Boston today... I hope everyone is keeping warm!! DId I say I love the winter?? this makes Christmas 100 times better than being 75F in Dec.! Have a good afternoon all!

Update on the office Christmas tree---there's one in every crowd. One of the writers hung on the tree a cutout of "the finger" with a ribbon tied around the middle finger. Not quite in the spirit of goodwill to men ... More in the spirit, someone else contributed a dollar bill, origami-folded to look like a shirt, and someone else hung red and green dry-erase markers. There's also a cut-out-and-fold-up Nutcracker. If I have time, I'll crochet some little things.
