In other news, today we went to the Arboretum and I just didn't feel too well the whole time we were there. I think I am coming down with a cold! My dad just got over his so I hope I didn't catch it. I have been laying in bed since I got home. Maybe a good nights sleep will make me feel better!

I think I may be chickening out on this one! Halloween is my second favorite holiday, but I am not a fan of haunted houses. I would be covering my eyes! :lol:

Well mom's appointment went okay. Her blood level was 2.1. So just barely in the good range. That is on a dose that would make most people bleed like crazy. The doctor was laughing that she was going to make mom move in with her so she could monitor her everyday and adjust her dose as needed. She also said that she was having nightmare's about her. LOL!!!!!! They kept her on the same dose though and she goes back next Wednesday to have it checked again.

Other than that, everything else looked good.

Glad to hear that mom's levels were okay. Praying that the level will be okay next week.

Hello friends. I want to give you a quick update on my dad. First of all, thank you for praying! It means so much to me.

Well, the cancer is about a stage three to stage four and is in his lymph nodes and abdomen. It doesn't look good and docs don't give him a year. Today is his birthday so we are going to throw him a party and make the best of it. If y'all see Carl tell him I need some help planning this event!

Well, ready or not, we move into part ll or our journey tomorrow.

Really nice here yesterday. Still no rain and moderate temps with manageable humidity.
That might change today as rain is predicted and we may start our trip to Florida early tomorrow morning with more of the wet stuff.
For now, we have begun things at 70 degrees here in the capital city.

Have a Thrilling Thursday and a Resplendent Remainder of the week, Guys.
See you here the morning of May 24 (and boy won't the count have advanced by then!)
