I'm finally back from my stress test. Whew, that treadmill should be renamed the "dreadmill"! Anyway, I got a clean bill of health, so you guys will be stuck with me for the foreseeable future.

Good afternoon/evening,

I have enjoyed my day off so far today, we went to the mall to get a few things to start prepping for our vacation. I installed the other AC in the window, and both are running now, it is not too warm out but it is humid. YUCK!

I am going to take a hiatus from looking for a new job for a couple weeks, I am too close to my vacation at this point and if I were to get a new job now I may lose that much needed vacation. I will hold my nose and try to force a smile to get through. I did get an email to one of the places I applied and they informed me they decided to rescind the position and they were sorry. I am just happy they were professional enough to email me that information. Most places just let you wither without letting you know.

If I can get on later, I most definitely will.

I'm going to be turning in as well, I am exhausted!
My daughter is at prom as I type this, I hope she's having fun. Everything went pretty well today. Except for that one little meltdown she had after we left the salon. She didn't like her make up and cried the whole way home. I was such a nervous wreck I thought I was going to drive up a tree. Thankfully she fixed what she didn't like when she got home and all was well. These girls are going to make me crazy! My daughter and her entire friend group will be heading to the Hamptons after prom. Most of the kids around here do that every year. She'll be home tomorrow, I can't wait to talk to her and see how everything went. I'm glad I get a little break tomorrow because the weekend will be busy. The graduation ceremony is Saturday and her party is on Sunday.
