It looks like my doggy Maris is having a squirrel kind of day. She has been running back and forth through the yard chasing them, even running up a tree over and over! She chases them everyday but some days she gets more excited over them. She has never caught one, THANK GOD! She just thinks they are her friends and chasing them all over. One day she started the morning out chasing and barking continuously ALL DAY LONG until the sun went down, it was the craziest I had ever seen her. The very next day she was so out of it that she slept all day long. She was exhausted but I am sure the squirrels were happy to get a break!!! =)

Well you did name her after me so it shouldn't surprise you if she is a little bit crazy!!!!!! LOL!!!!

Well at the moment everyone is healthy or at least as healthy as they can be. I hope it stays that way.

Glad they got it fixed and that you can get to work now!!!!!

Hope it's not to big of a mess when the new furniture comes in.

Yes, I managed to cut through my work load. Anyway it is summer time and therefore very quiet here.

They way I know the managers here, it will get very chaotic. As far as I know we have to pack up all our stuff and then a contractor will dismantel the old furniture and build up the new over the weekend. There is also talk that they will move the departments around, so most likely we will have to search for our desk.

We had some storms pass through last night but the sun is shining this morning and we will have a high of around 80 degrees.
Today is my middle daughter's 19th birthday. I now have a 18, 19 and 20 year old. I wish the time would slow down!
The birthday girl wants sushi for lunch, so that's the plan. Then my oldest has to go to work for a few hours so the whole family will meet up later this evening for dinner & cake.

When I mention "chasing them" it's really funny because they are not even on the ground, they are running across the tree limbs from one to another and power lines, she runs along the ground with her head up looking at them as they run across. That is why she climbs up that tree but obviously cannot climb high, just the lower branches. The squirrels don't seem to pay attention to her, they are doing their own thing and she is just running crazy back and forth. Not sure how she thinks she will ever get near one! Ha ha! I think the squirrels outsmarted her because they are onto her and I rarely seem them in my yard, just up in the trees. Squirrels are smart clever little ones and so cute!

I should get a video because people will wonder why she is running with her head in the air barking not seeing a thing on the ground! Lol!

It's good to see you all again! I was slammed at work yesterday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. By the time I got home, rested a few minutes, and ate some supper, MMC was offline and I didn't get to check in before bedtime.

Today is shaping up to be one of those little-things-go-wrong days. I had to copy something in a hurry, and the copier went down. I needed a plastic teaspoon, and they were all gone. I came on the forum here, and saw a web banner running that I proofread last month! Vacation is surely over! I envy you who are still looking forward to yours.

I am the same way! I invested in quite a few spring/summer scents and just got sick of them too quickly due to the very sweet smells. So I ended up digging out some of the fall candles I had bought up on sale that was suppose to be saved for this coming fall - pumpkin and cinnamon ones. They are nearly burned all the way down. I need more!!! NOW! :give:
