Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good evening everyone!
First couple of days after a time change always seem strange to me.
It's not even six o'clock here and it's already completely dark outside. Wow!
Anyway, I've finally completed my first assessment of the semester earlier today.
It was a tough one and so I now feel like I'm ready to graduate. ^^
Trying to do some fictional writing right now since I have some inspiration for it but going to start searching for references for my next assessment which is due in a week's time.

It was so hard to come back to work after lunch today! 75º & sunshine. Now that I'm winding down my work day, the sun has left me!! :sad: But it's still gorgeous outside & I'm planning to be out there soon!!! :smile:

LOL!!!! I went to the store and it was a bit to warm for me!! It's still pretty nice out there though.

Funny b/c in our back yard the wind is pretty much blocked & with the sun shining bright I was thinking it was almost HOT! :lol: Now they are saying low of 26º Saturday ~ it keeps getting lower.

Haven't been here since Christmas Day last year. Looking forward to reading the multitude of posts!

With Halloween mere days away I knew I had to get back here, around people who see Halloween as the unofficial start to the holiday season:dance:

I forgot to say that the girl that was taken off of life support in Washington wasn't my BIL's niece. Her name is Shaylee. If you could keep the prayers coming for her and her family I would appreciate it. They need a miracle.

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy and I had a wonderful trip to the mountains to celebrate our anniversary. It's not actually until late November, but there's no way to arrange a trip alone in November with all of Elizabeth's dance schedules.

Anyway, we had a great time, and I'm so thankful for my wife. I can't believe she's put up with me for 20 years!

our clocks do not go back until the 2nd of November.
