Good Morning my Beautiful Christmas Loving friends!!!!!!!!:???:
How Is everyone?? Hope the last few months have been treating you well!
I have been pretty good! about 2 months into my 6 month program at university to become a care-aide. We start our practicum next month, but this week we go into facilities and aid with breakfast! woohoo!
I have decided that in the end, my ultimate career goal is to be an Emergency Room RN. I will have to upgrade many of my High school level courses to do so, but I will work as a care-aide during that time...

OH! I went to the mall a couple weeks ago, and they opened a Whole store dedicated to Christmas!!! I dang near fell over.. I was so excited to see it....

Good afternoon, friends! Hope you're all having a great day! Just watching Hallmark/HMC. When DH comes home, we're going to take a little trip to look at a hot tub, that we're possibly going to buy for our new patio. Very excited! We'll eat out too, while we're out. I'm off tonight, so it'll be back to watch movies with the family!

Hope you like the hot tub and that you find some place really good to eat out!!!!

I should get my table top tree back out!!! It's looked nice on my night stand since July but it would look even better back out here in the living room!!

Evening all. Hope your weekends all went well. I was taking the Halloween decorations down today, we don't have many so it doesn't take long lol. Some hot chocolate and tv on the cards before the Monday slog starts again.

Oh!!! you have a Christmas village!!! I am so envious! I want to start one so bad... I went to michaels about a month ago and saw they had all their Christmas village displays done... One day I will!!
They also had Halloween ones too... Thinking I may try my luck at those as well! =)

Oh! As a new found University student.. I have noticed I am beginning to start a habit I NEVER thought would happen...

I have started dabbling in the art of drinking coffee............... I now understand why people drink it often. LOL....

I should get my table top tree back out!!! It's looked nice on my night stand since July but it would look even better back out here in the living room!!

Life has been treating me very well, All my funding for school was approved, so luckily I do not have to work while I'm going to school... It has been crazy in class lately.. writing tons of essays (the bane of my existence) and doing lots of presentations.. literally every second day another essay is due... but other than that, there is not much new around here! (please excuse my ranting about essays LOL)

Oh, university life. I can totally relate to you because I am in completely same boat. So I hold your back. ^^

As I mentioned, it's blustery, the wind is throwing things around outside, and snow is mixing in with the rain occasionally. It's so raw and nasty outside, I think we'll have a chicken pot pie later for comfort food!

Now that November is here, I'll be bringing out Christmas books and stories to read and 24/7 Christmas music---hoping that will help to break my recent funk and get me in the holiday spirit.

Well, at least a messy weather calls for a cozy night in with some candles, blankets and yummy food. Stay warm! <3

Victoria, congrats on getting your essay done and have fun putting your PowerPoint presentation together!

To be perfectly honest, it wasn't that much fun. ^^ I thought I would be done in couple of hours but instead, the presentation took me nearly seven hours to complete. Seven! And I wasn't multitasking like I do most of time but it still took me ages. Such a 'coincidence'.

Aside from Christmas, Kim and I also did some groceries. We're set for the week! Oh, but we did watch White Christmas. I actually had not seen it before. Kim and I greatly enjoyed seeing Bing dance his way all over the TV screen. It was a great way to bring us closer to the Season. In my opinion, I wouldn't call it much of a Christmas movie - to today's standards - but it was still enjoyable!

Oh, I watched 'White Christmas' for the first time last year and I loved it to the Moon and back! All this Christmas music throughout the whole movie made me VERY happy, and I found it so real and about the true meaning of Christmas (if you know what I mean) and the most Christmassy movie ever. Anyway, I am glad that you and Kim still kinda liked it. :]

What are your plans today?
We have a few projects to work on around the house, and in the garage. Then, I plan to try and get a box or two out of Christmas, as time allows. Hallmark movies will be on all day!

We (me and Thomas) was planning to go to Boston on Thanksgiving (and stay all weekend)
But my MIL couldn't watch the little one so many days so we are going to Scotland instead!
(flight time only 1 hour) Friday (blackfriday) to Sunday
Not the same, but I hope to find some Christmas inspiration there too!

Im planning Thanksgiving ♥ and prepping for the trip to Scotland
since we are leaving early friday morning after TG

And Im SO ready to decorate for Christmas.
I have hung up some lights in my kitchen window
and more decoration will come up the next days ♥

Good morning!
It's going to be windy today with temperatures in the 40's. The house was chilly this morning, I had to turn up all of the thermostats.
Everyone's still sleeping here, I'm having my pumpkin spice coffee and enjoying the peace.
I feel like I'm getting sick again. It's crazy, I just got over a cold a couple of weeks ago. This will be the third time I'm sick since I started the preschool job in September. So many germs in that place. The good thing is I'm now down to Tuesdays & Thursdays so I get to stay in and rest tomorrow!
Anyway, I hope everyone is well and has a great day!

Pumpkin spice coffee sounds delicious but oh, no, just don't get ill! Stock up on green tea, honey, lemon, ginger and garlic. Drink lots and lots of liquids. It always helps. :]
