MERRY WEDNESDAY ! Happy Pines Day. Hope everyone is ok. I have a few chores I need to do and then I need to do some shopping online. My head feels like there is a balloon inside. I am hoping I get over whatever this is very soon. This is my vacation week and I am off on Sunday so I don't want to be unwell for all our festive plans lol!

chilling a moment before starting to the do the house and maybe start to decorate for Christmas. Later on I will go the vet with Stripey so she gets her second of shot of medication against her bladder infection......she´s much better and sleeping right beside me....Spike our catboy is sitting on the couch staring at me...he cracks me up because he is always hungry....I had to feed Stripey twice because he ate her food as well....lol

I hope Stripeys appointment goes well!! Have a good day track!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Us coastal Georgia folks ain't used to this cold weather! Brrr! I think it's supposed to be back up to the mid-70's by the weekend, though.

Elizabeth is practicing away every evening for her performance. I'm glad she was able to get over getting braces last week so quickly. She doesn't even complain about them anymore. Jacob is feeling a little better, too.

We had homemade soup and PB&J sandwiches last night at Nancy's parents'. I love soup on a cold night!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! We are having a heat wave here today with a high of 37 predicted. To bad it's still going to be extremely windy. At least the wind chills will be above 0 today though. Well since I was lazy yesterday, I have to get out in it today. I need to take mom to get her blood checked and then we need to run by the grocery store to pick up a few things for thanksgiving before they go off of sale. Then I will be off to the Pines!!!!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay safe out in that wind! Oh that wind.... CRAZY! We have a heat wave too...it was 15º when I got up this morning - as compared to 9º yesterday! :lol: Have a good day!

Good hump day morning everyone! We are having a heat wave too out west as our low this morning was just 22F today should get to 38 so I bet that will take care of a lot of that snow in my back yard....it will get replaced this weekend though! I have a lot of family in Buffalo. Trust me, those guys are always prepared to be snowed-in. You should see the stockpile of food, water...and don't forget the beer LOL!

Good morning!
Woke up with another headache, this is becoming a daily thing with me. Just waiting for my medicine to kick in and then I'll be heading to Target for a few things. Little Sophie has her first veterinarian appointment this afternoon. My daughter also has a doctor appointment after school, she's been having some tummy issues the past couple of days. She said she felt a bit better this morning so maybe it's just a little virus, we'll see. Anyway, I hope everyone is well and has a nice day. I'll see you later!

They called this morning and asked him to come earlier. I dropped Mr. off at the surgery site at about 10 a.m., left to do an errand, went home for a late breakfast/early lunch, and will be heading back there shortly to get post-op instructions and to pick him up. I'm hoping he doesn't require an air bubble---more on that later if he does. It complicates the recovery.

I got a late start at work today ~ our contractors showed up a little after 8:00 to put up the trim work around the window we took out & the window we made a door - and to put a door in the basement that goes to our crawl space! YAY! Can't wait to go home for lunch to see how it's coming along! Other than that, it's been a pretty quiet day!! Well quiet inside....not quiet outside - the wind is whipping things around. BRRRRR!!! I woke up this morning & told my hubby "It sounds COLD outside" ~ and yep, it is! :cold:

Have a great hump/pines day gang!!!
