Good evening! We just finished up a wonderful dinner that Lisa made, of a large Pot Roast, and needless to say, it was fantastic....

I have been down in the basement all day, first I started moving a couple of light switches, and I ended up re-wiring the entire bathroom and part of the basement...What a job, trying to pull romex wire with a drywall ceiling and a finished basement. But, in the end, I prevailed...however, I do have some additional holes that I cut into the drywall, that I now have to repair this week...

We are getting ready to take Vicki back to school and then come back and then maybe get into some ice cream and watch a little TV before going to bed. Work day tomorrow....

I'll see ya in a bit!

I had a great weekend with my girls, it was nice to have everyone home for a few days. Just got back from taking them home and we have ice rain coming down, so glad to be back home again.

Have not had time to read through posts yet so I hope all is well with you all.

It's 37 degrees at the moment with the high to get around 57 today. But with these out of the norm, warmer than usual temperatures, did you see the artic blast that is coming for us later on in the week? Brrrrrrrr temps will be here big time by Friday!!!!

Mr. knocked down some truly epic icicles today. Many area schools have already closed for tomorrow; Boston schools have already announced that they'll be closed Monday AND Tuesday, and public transportation is running on a truncated schedule. I expect I'll be working from home tomorrow again.

I've heard that more snow is possible Thursday or Friday, followed by "life-threatening cold." Good heavens! Could we borrow a few dozen reindeer from Santa to get around??

Today everyone is moderately healthy and I am going with my husband to his work's band contest. Local breweries get together to cover songs and change the lyrics to beer-related things. I didn't have a chance to pop back in here last night, turned out to be a busy day. I spent the morning running errands and working on chores.
