Good Morning one and all. I'm awake and up and about already this morning; can't believe that on a Saturday.... I must have my head examined! The Mrs. had to get up and work this morning, so that woke me up and I was not able to fall back asleep because my mind started thinking about what things I was going to do today.
I would also like to give some prayers out this morning to the poor neighbors of mine, I did not know them. Apparently they were evicted out of their home yesterday. I got home yesterday myself and I saw that all of the entire contents of their house was on their front lawn and driveway, with letters stuck on the doors and windows and a lockbox on the house.
Lisa did some research last night on their home on realtor.com and it was purchased in 2006 (before the housing market crash) for 849,900 and she saw that a bank purchased it this past January for 549,900...I feel really bad for them, their children, it's a terrible thing to of happened....
On a brighter note, the renovation work on my daughters bathroom is proceeding along at a furious pace. The demo is completed, rough-in's done, concrete board installed, tile work is all in and grouted, drywall work will be today.
The basement is moving along, I should have all of the plywood installed today and then time to install the shelving units....I like doing this kind of stuff....cheesy
