Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Morning MMC !!!

starting off my day by watching the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on netflicks...this is the 75th anniversary one. It is really the best way to start the day !!!

Hope you are all well, hoping one day to get the time to read missed posts.

Have a fantastic day all, I must get back to cleaning while at least listening to the rest of this program !

I hope you enjoyed Radio City Christmas show, my grandmother use to go there every year by bus trip to see it in NYC. I know she loved it.

Hip Hip Hooray for Hump day!!!!! It's off to an overcast foggy start here in central Indy but the sun should show up soon and with it, the warmer temps that I have been dreading again. Today shouldn't be to bad with a high of only 80. I don't have to much planned. My sister's check engine light came on in her car so I think she is coming in at some point for me to hook up my scan tool and check it. I'm also waiting to see if the Neurosurgeon's office ever calls back about mom since they didn't yesterday. She isn't feeling to well again today. So we will see what this afternoon brings. Other than that, I think I'm just going to continue my battle against the never ending cobwebs that seem to magically appear every night. I need to chop up the lettuce and tomatoes for my tacos for dinner tonight too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

I didn't get very good pics of Gracie last night & this morning she was wet from the dewy grass. She only cut a comb out & a trim, but here she is! Ready to go home from the groomer!!



And here she is being a supervisor at the lake - making sure them boys were putting water lines in correctly!



Finally - after the sun finally popped out yesterday afternoon, it left us with a beautiful sunset!

:lol: You guys are so funny! I agree too, but I'm a little partial! Although I never get enough of any of my Christmas pals pets!

I'll try to send some Kimmie pics your way once I get back in town. Hollie and Toby are loved too, but they don't pose for the camera much. Poor Hollie had been abused before we adopted her so certain things make her nervous. Poor thing. She's a sweetheart! She's certainly not abused now!

Good morning, everyone! I'm not sure what I will get accomplished today, I'm still not feeling very well, but I'm going to try to push ahead and get some things done in spite of it. If I can clean the bathrooms, run a couple of loads of laundry, and do the morning dishes, I will feel accomplished. If I can get supper cooked tonight, I will be very pleased. And after all of that, I'd like to get at least a few things listed on ebay today. We'll see how it goes.

I hope the neurosurgeon's office calls today, I can't stand when the doctor's office says they will call, and they never do.

Good morning MMC! Happy Hump/Pines Day!! :???:

Not much going on around here again today! As you see in the picture we were at the lake last night - our friend came out with his Kubota & he & Jim ran new water lines to the 2 new trailers (well, 1 new trailer, 1 new one coming soon...) I took Gracie for a little walk out there. We had planned on grilling out, but it was dark til they got done & seemed too late & chilly! Jim had leftovers from Monday & I had a grilled cheese! cheesy Before I headed to the lake I went to the garden & cut a whole bucket full of asparagus. Then I decided I should check the radish...ended up pulling a bucket full of radish too! Our onions are looking much better after all the rain, and the corn is coming up much better now too....but so are the weeds!!! I pulled weeds between the marigolds & had to re-plant a few of them (marigolds, not weeds :lol: ) Some varmint must have dug them up! I need to go back out there tonight & work on tackling more weeds! Fun fun!

I really don't want to go, the empty suits were visiting yesterday so I will here how that went.
The sun is up, and high of 70 expected, not too warm, but I am in a cooler all day so it doesn't mean that much to me. cheesy

Since I didn't get to grill the other night, I plan on grilling some shrimp and having yellow rice and black beans with some sliced tomatoes. I will thaw a Marie Callender's pie for dessert; probably key lime or lemon meringue.

That's terrible that the docs office didn't call your Mom back yesterday, especially when it's something so serious! I hope she gets a call this morning but most importantly, starts feeling better!! xx
