Christmas Countdown - 2015

Well mom's sleep study showed she has sleep apnea which wasn't totally unexpected. So now she gets to get a nifty little machine to sleep with.

Now we are at the dentist office. They wanted her to come and get the nerves on the top of her mouth checked since they said the bleed could affect them.

Personally I wonder if the people here in the waiting room would care if I start snoring. LOL!!

Good morning everyone. We moved all of our cars around the corner again, the town better show up to start repaving our street today.
Not a whole lot going on here, I'm just working on the laundry right now. I have to work on some other chores around the house and run a couple of errands as well.
Just found out there was a fire in the strip of stores that my butcher is located in. I'm sure they'll be closed for quite some time. I've been going to him for over twenty years, I'll have to find someone else to go to for the time being.
We're still waiting to hear back from the animal hospital to see what they're going to do about the bill. They had no problem taking my credit card from me the day we lost Molly. But now they're taking their sweet time getting back to us in regards to adjusting the bill. It's frustrating.
That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a great day!

We did the Six Flags trip today, it was a very hot day there. I developed a major headache while there and was unable to go on any rides. I love amusement park rides and it takes a lot for me not to ride any, but this headache hurt with every step I took. I tried to hide it from the family, so I wasn't a stick in the mud, we were there for six hours.

I feel better now after some ibuprofen and food, just wiped out from being in the sun all day.

I hope you all had a great day, I am going to fall asleep listening to CIJ on Music Choice.

Good Morning, Mmc!! It's a muggy morning here in central Indy. The low last night was 76. It looks like the temp will hold pretty steady all day though as some storms move in later this morning. I'm sitting at the hospital now waiting on mom to get finished with her sleep study. Then we have a few more appointments this morning and a couple of errands. Hopefully will be home before the strongest of the storms. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

How is everyone today?

My dad has been watching the Hallmark Christmas movies and will call me with his reviews. He has watched way more of the Christmas movies than I have, he always does every year. cheesy Here is a man who will go from watching a rough and tough John Wayne movie to watching sappy lovey Christmas movies on Hallmark. :lol:

As I am typing a commercial just came on with Santa! They are advertising an electric company with their Christmas in July sale. =)

I have missed out a lot on here - what happened to Gracie?

Gracie got to spend most of last week at the vet ~ she was diagnosed with kidney failure. The vet said she has never seen such a young healthy dog with such horrible blood work. We still don't have any answers why it happened, just praying she continues to do better!!!

Sorry to hear they still haven't settled the bill for you. Sounds frustrating! Keeping you in my prayers!

Scary about the fire where your butcher is. I hope you can find one to satisfy your needs until yours is back up & running. I would hate to think of having to go somewhere else if something happened to my BIL's store. It's like going to the candy store! :grin:

Gracie had another good night & morning. She had her 2 front paws on our bed this morning staring at Jim to get up! She hasn't done that for a week, but it's something she normally does every morning! Hopefully that's a good sign & I sure hope that continues! She was crazy last night too! cheesy



Our neighbors got a new camper/trailer at the lake last night. WOW is it nice. Crazy how decked out they are now!
