Good morning, everyone!

We're at mid-August, and it appears that everyone is getting into the Fall/Halloween spirit! I snapped these photos yesterday at Homesense:

I'm sure all of you have been seeing signs of the next "season" popping up everywhere! I am enjoying it. For now, I will use this to contain my excitement until the debut of something magical.

Good morning, MMCers! Nothing much on tap for today, and that's the way I like it for Saturdays! Enjoying a wonderful day of errands and home life with my sweet husband. I'll check in later today! Wish we had QVC. When is the next QVC Christmas event?

Hey guys. This update comes all the way from EPCOT. We had a relaxing Friday that began with breakfast at the Polynesian, then an afternoon in the pool, where Lizzy had a blast with all the kids at the pool party. London and i just tried from getting our hair wet, we're so lame!!!
We got all fancied up and ready for our night at the Irish pub when as we were on the Disney
bus the heavens opened up and everyone huddled under the cover bus stop for almost 15 mins till the rain slacked off enough to make a mad dash to restaurant. The entertainment was great. They had step dancers and live music. The food was so-so. Muscles were good and so was dessert. My entree was bland. My friend who has recently been to Ireland said that most of their food is bland. But the pub we frequent back home is delish.

Today we are interested in a few attractions in future world before heading to our fave part of EPCOT, World Showcase. We're having dinner in Italy.

Sounds like so much fun! Keep enjoying yourself!

My dad, grandson and I just got back from a breakfast with Rosie the Riveter. It was a members only event at an air museum we are members of. The actress playing Rosie the Riveter came out dancing to the tune of, Rosie the Riveter, and she made a brief stop by a table to check her cell phone. I whispered over to my family and said, "Rosie it texting"! I had no idea they had cell phones back in the 40's! Ha ha! She really wasn't texting, I am sure she was glancing at the time since she was on a schedule, couldn't help but notice. It was a really nice event and she was telling the history of World War II and the work they did. The museum was also celebrating the 70th anniversary of the ending of World War II. We enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, hubby got called into work at the last minute even though we had reservations for this. This is the first Saturday he has had to work in over 6 months. It's all good, he will be home soon!

Ella is hanging in there. She was doing pretty well this morning, ate and was drinking, but as the day went on, she is becoming more painful, crying, won't drink, and DH is having to pick her up and carry her. We called the vet and got a pain med ordered. I feel for her. Poor baby. Hope it helps. I've just been hanging out with her and relaxing for the past hour or so.

Thinking of you all and lots of prayers! Hope you're all having a great day!
