We are having a great day! We marinated steaks & pork chops, and made a feast! I'm stuffed!

We are going to take Har for a nice walk once it cools down a little, then throw in a movie.

Maggie is having another good day. Still having a hard time getting her to take the pills but we're managing. It's much easier to give them to her when someone's here to help me. The little stinker is so darn picky. Either that or she enjoys watching us make fools out of ourselves while we try to distract her!

This is the toughest pitch I've ever been involved in, for sheer time spent in the office. Plus last week we were urged to clear away any clutter around our desks, we had to move some of our furniture, and everyone did a bunch of other general housecleaning---a procedure that I've never seen before a client visit. BIG stuff.
I'm hoping we can get some food somewhere before places close at 10 p.m. Right now it looks like we could be here past then.
Maybe I should grab some breakfast food as well.

I told RadioJonD, I'd contact him if I thought about getting cell phones so he could talk me out of it, alas, I couldn't hold off any longer.

How are all my friends here at MMC?

Well, we made it to Sunday evening and even tho the rain did come it blew in at the end of our Animal Kingdom day we missed most of it due to us seeing the last showing of the
Festival of the Lion King. After years of hot pursuit London finally got to meet her favorite Princess Pocahontas. We rode expedition Everest and saw lots of animals on the safari, Lizzy loved that.

Hopefully, it will be worth it in the end, MerryCarey - sell it! Can't you order in? It's amazing how hungry I get when someone tells me I can't eat.

It's a great idea, but not practical in my situation because, as a proofreader, I'm usually playing the waiting game. After waiting and waiting, suddenly stuff comes without warning to my desk that has to be done ASAP---usually at the same time the food arrives and/or I'm tucking into it. So I'll be better off if I can get some snacks and finger food before the Walgreens closes ... not healthy, but I wouldn't starve.
