I'm off today, and I'm thinking about fall cleaning this weekend! Gotta get things ready to decorate soon! We've been married a year and in this apartment in a year, and we STILL have extra chairs, boxes, etc that need to get moved and sent to the thrift store. Pre-holiday cleaning!!!

In case you were not here yesterday, we successfully entered the final 10 percent of our Season count and are now advancing rapidly on Christmas Season 2015.

Days to the Season: 36
Days to Christmas Day: 78

And in point of fact, there are now NO more Milestones separating us from the commencement of the Season on Nov 13.
That's as in ZERO, folks!

Ah! Fantastic weather at last.
We paid our dues with 12 consecutive days of rain and now Mother Nature owes us!
This fine, clear morning has begun at 61 degrees here in central NC.

Good morning everyone, Happy Thursday!
Dragging my feet today, just sitting here having another cup of coffee. I need to get moving soon. I have to run to Rite Aid to refill Maggie's cough suppressant. My youngest has off from work & school today so we're going to take a ride to the outlets to pick up a few things. We also plan on grabbing lunch at Chipotle while we're out. Back home afterward to get some chores done and hopefully squeeze a workout in, if I can find the energy. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

Merry Morning, MMCers!

The concert last night was out of this world awesome!!! I'm enjoying a quiet morning before my day off! I'll be doing a lot of fall cleaning today! Pre-holiday cleaning as I like to call it. Time to get this apartment ready for some major decorating for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! SO EXCITING. I'll be listening to Christmas music as I do it to get in the festive mood!

I'm feeling almost back to 100% now. I'm pretty tired after being up last night really, really late, but it was so worth it!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful productive day! In the homestretch now!

It's awesome getting ready to decorate for the "Big 3" holidays.

Happy Friday Eve!
I was able to get Maggie to take her cough suppressant yesterday but I'm not having any luck with the capsules from the holistic doctor. I don't know what I'm going to do with her. I don't know how something so small be such high maintenance!

Can't beat free pizza!! Before we put a mailbox out front at work I would have to go to the PO every day to get the mail. I LOVED IT! My boss always acted like it was too much of a chore for me to have to do that....oh no...that was the best part of the work day! LOL!

I do that too. I go to the PO every day so I get an extra "15 minutes" for lunch than my coworkers. One of them is a little jealous actually. He asked if I wanted to give up that job. Heck no.

We are heading to the lake this weekend. A lot of our neighbors will be up. We will watch the buckeyes at Noon tomorrow & then we don't really have any plans. Possibly making soup over the fire after the game. THAT is what I'm hoping to do!!

Thank you Holiday. How is Ohio State doing this year so far? I don't really follow college sports too much...mainly the pros.

They have won all 5 of their games so far, but none of them have been pretty! They definitely DO NOT deserve to be the #1 team in college football, but so far they are still ranked #1!!
