You are so right. It doesn't matter how carefully one drives---some careless idiot can slide into you or rear-end you in a heartbeat.

Hey everybody! Sitting here doing some work on my hours for the big Christmas show...and really getting in the spirit. I needed an escape....it has been a REALLY LONG week. Hope y'all are doing great. Do y'all realize how close we are to the special posts? I can't wait!

I agree, Merry-it's unnerving.
I love snow when I'm playing in it, or gazing at it from my picture window, but I don't like to drive in it.

Oh yeah. The last time we had real snow at home, my (then 9 year old) daughter woke me up before daylight to go outside & play...and we did!

It's the mix I'm concerned about, and having to take a lot of hills and less traveled highways.
If it stays in the higher temps, it won't be so bad. The first snowfall is always a mess- people "forget" how to drive/cautiously.

Oh, you should see what happens down here when we get an inch of snow. It's like a smash up derby. LOL
