I hope this finds everyone doing well!!! Been a bit since I've checked in on the countdown, but all is well here.

A few minutes ago I was looking out my kitchen window and there were two fawns looking back at me. They are so cute!! Been working on things radio related and store related while listening to Christmas music. Fun!!!

Looking forward to your hours! We've both been plugging away on ours as time permits. (Mr. is doing an hour this year! I'm helping with his audio files.)

I love snow when I'm playing in it, or gazing at it from my picture window, but I don't like to drive in it.

A rare log in for me tonight!! Just couldn't stay away - I'm feeling so festive! I have chili soup simmering on the stove for the chili dump on Saturday & I just finished listening to the Pumpkin Spice Podcast. Loved it! So entertaining!! Now I just turned on some Christmas music & thinking about what to have for supper?! Chili? LOL!

It's so cool that you're actually learning how to crochet one-handed! Did you find instructions, or did you figure it out for yourself?
The double-ended hook is also used for a special crochet technique, similar to Tunisian, that uses two colors of yarn---I forget just now what it's called. It produces a very thick fabric. I tried it once, but never made anything but a sample.

I looked it up online and they had a nice YouTube video to follow, the lady on it was a little long winded and she didn't get to actually telling me how to do it till halfway through the video but it wasn't that difficult to learn.
I am definitely going to look at that other technique you mentioned. Thanks
