Good evening, Ryan!Good evening all. Crazy, busy day but I survived!
I hope you all had a great day!
Thanks Snowflake. Glad you survived work, too!Good evening, Ryan!
Glad you survived!
Have a wonderful night!
I hope all is safe now, that is quite scary. And we have tornadoes on the ground in the state. In November! Only in Oklahoma. It's far west of us right now but we are under a watch. I just hope everyone is safe!
I hope you all have a great night.
I never expected an undefeated season, I was just glad to see Dalton angry about the comments from Watt. It wasn't a big deal, but Dalton is showing a fire that was never there before after a loss.Tough loss but I think they were due for a letdown. Should be interesting to see where they go from here.
Lol, thanks! Thanks Snowflake. Glad you survived work, too!
Goodnight, CS!
Between $50-$100 is a good secret Santa gift. Is he a sports fan? Maybe something autographed by someone from his favorite team.Good Tuesday Morning MMC! It's currently 35 degrees under sunny skies. We are expecting a forecast high temperature today of 50 degrees under mostly sunny skies. Chilly but really back to normal type temperatures.
What's going on this Tuesday with everyone? Getting more excited by the day, the hour, or even the minute? I am. I feel like no matter what goes on at work it can't stop me from the holiday fun that is upon us. We decided this year to do a little "Secret Santa" at work (there's only 4 of us in my department). I have no idea what to get the person I picked (even though he's my best friend of the 3 there). He's around 30ish and married. Any suggestions? Supposed to spend between $50-$100.
Anyway, hope you guys have a great Tuesday. Tuesdays this time of year even seem better don't they?
I hope your niece is feeling better.Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a rainy day here but that's okay. At least I don't have to shovel it!!! Speaking of which, that dreaded S word is in the forecast for saturday night. Doesn't sound like it will be very much though so that's okay. Not to much going on today. I've had my youngest niece since yesterday morning. She has pneumonia and had to stay off of school yesterday and today. So I'll just be hanging out with her until her mom picks her up this afternoon. Then I need to run to the store to pick up a few things for Thanksgiving before they go off of sale. Praying for all of you. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!
Great to see you, Murphman. It has been forever since I posted on here. Life continues to stay crazy for me and the next 6 months may get busier based on some new projects that are starting. I just wanted to wish all of you a happy autumn and Christmas season. I think I will decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving this year and keep them up until way after Epiphany. We did very little decorating last year since half of our house was damaged from a flood. But we are rebuilt, safe and dry and ready for the holiday season. Take care everyone.
I was thinking that or maybe a watch because he always talks about the watch he's wearing.Between $50-$100 is a good secret Santa gift. Is he a sports fan? Maybe something autographed by someone from his favorite team.
Goodnight, HmG~
Goodnight, Edge. Sleep well!Good Night MMC! The last visit to the pines before...the Eve of one of the best days of the year.
They are in my thoughts, CS.Good Afternoon MMC !!
Busy day here, finally got a chance to check in here.
Nice sunny day here, but please pray for the folks in BC, my brother called and they are having a wicked storm there. Freeway closed because a large truck got blown over, trees down, 400,000 without power, roofs coming off lots of flooding, a big mess.
Going to put up our outdoor lights yet this afternoon (I hope) going to get cold and wet by end of week so this is a good day to get that done.
Hope you are all well, will try to read through the posts later.
Oh, my goodness---that illustration is from a children's book I had when I was very little. I think it was called "The Shiniest Star." It was written all in verse. Little angels were shining stars and bragging about whose was brightest. As I recall, the quiet little angel who kept on with his work instead of bragging---his star became the Christmas Star. I think I still have it somewhere!
Those are brilliant ideas!I was thinking that or maybe a watch because he always talks about the watch he's wearing.
