Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Friday Morning MMC! Ahh yes Friday...after that short 3 day work week last week this week did seem a bit longer huh? But there's so much to look forward to that I don't seem to mind going to work these days. I love coming home everyday and lighting my tree while putting on Christmas shows. These weekends before Christmas are precious so I really plan on watching as many Christmas shows as possible. I still need to figure out a few things to get my mom for Christmas but I pretty much finished most of my siblings Christmas shopping. I'm trying to control myself and not go overboard with gifts (but as usual I already have). Eh it's once a year...and it's special and fun.
I hope you all have a great TGIF and think about this Christmas weekend that is about to begin!

I want to go there so bad, we just got a chance to go to NYC on a bus trip this Sunday for $35. Only problem is we would have to bring the kids since we don't have someone to watch them for for nearly 16 hours, I just don't know how they would do walking all day, and we have never been there so we would be nervous trying to keep an eye on them constantly. My daughter took the train in to the city last night to see the tree. She sent me a few videos, it's just magical. Hope you get to see it soon!

** CHRISTMAS SEASON DAY 22 **



Good Morning, Everyone!

Well, THREE FULL WEEKS of Christmas Season 2015 are now behind us.
And with 3 weeks left until Christmas Day, we are half way from the start of the Season to Christmas.
(Better get a move on with those plans!)

The count:
Days to Christmas Day: 21
And our chart does indeed confirm that we are exactly three weeks away from the big Day!


It was cool but sunny and decent yesterday. However, with this morning's current reading of 36 degrees, we have a ways to go to feel comfortable today!
At least it's sunny.


Have a Fabulous Friday, Friends. And a really great Weekend Eve.
(Not many more weekends left between now and Christmas. Three, to be exact!)

cleaning up in the aftermath of gingerbread house building, I have my kitchen back again !

Have to go to Oakville this morning, apparently my ex bought my daughter a gift and I am expected to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to go and pick it up. :rolleyes: (can't say no or I look like the bad guy) He did generously give me $20 for gas :eek:...yes I am being sarcastic.
I think that should include dinner and a show at midevil times ! :D

OK, better now, nothing like a good whine once in awhile.

Good morning friends. Busy weekend but I'm excited. After work today I'll be finishing and tieing up some loose ends with school and then tomorrow is graduation!
I'm actually not walking as that's really boring (in my opinion). So my commencement will be held at a local BBQ place where some friends and family are gathering for a little party. Who needs to be handed a fake diploma when I could be handed a plate of ribs?! :)
