Christmas Countdown - 2015

Sugar cookie dough is chilling in the fridge ... going to try to bake some today, even though I'm lousy at rolling and cutting. But I use a recipe that a neighbor lady gave my mom when I was a baby (yes, the same slip of paper she hand-wrote the recipe on), so they will at least taste like Christmas!

Outside of baking the cookies, all I want to do today is soak in some Christmas. I'll be back to work tomorrow.

We have a cool down coming & then a warm up again! 58 with rain on Christmas Eve & 54 & rain on Christmas. UGH!

It is strange!!! I just hope we don't pay for this warm weather in April/May. I want it to be cold when it's supposed to be cold & warm when it's supposed to be warm. Am I asking too much? ;)

Agreed! It has been unseasonably warm for us, but still winter weather..temperature wise.
Not much snow, mostly rain and winds.
I don't want snow to last into June this time ;)

Rain + wind = gloomy days! I'm with ya on no snow in June. EEK!!! No snow in May either.

I don't remember ever having snow in May - April yes, but I don't think May.
