Enjoy the cool down and hope you get the grass cut. Feels so strange to say that. Nothing grows here till spring. Popcorn bucket is such a great idea. You are all set for when you go to see Star Wars if you haven't already that is.

I usually mow the lawn in early December for the last time before spring, generally to mulch all the leaves. I hate raking. But, it's been so warm that the grass is still growing. I don't usually change the oil in the mower until spring, but it looks like I better do it soon. LOL

Popcorn in the theaters is so expensive that we never buy it unless we have the bucket. I think it's $5 or $6 per fill-up, so it's not too bad.

I saw Star Wars on New Years Day, while on vacation. It was very good! J.J. Abrams makes a cool-looking movie, for sure!

I know that I've read popcorn is actually somewhat healthy (until you throw on tons of butter ).

She hasn't slept all night, cos some pain in a finger.
A teacher threw a hard ball to her yesterday, (she is not a ball player) and hit her finger.
It's swollen and blue.
My poor girl.
(I would have taken her yesterday, but she didnt come home before late)

Yeah we had around those temps this morning. Woke up to 8 degrees and -10 windchill. It's a shock to the system after the 50s and 60s we had in November and December!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday! I've got work and Mr. DYHWIH's car is in the shop-pray it's an easy and quick expense! Hope you all are well. Today is the 12th day of Christmas! Enjoy it! Also stay warm-it went from 70 last week to 17 this morning with wind chills in the single digits...not used to it at all! It did snow flurry yesterday so that was magical! See you all soon!

8 degrees this morning! I still have 100% Christmas music on my phone, so the cold temps went well with my drive to work this morning, as did the snow flurries yesterday. This weekend I'll reluctantly sync to my post-season music library, but there will still be some holiday-flavored music in there. I can't go cold turkey ...

Typical day here, I have a couple of errands to run and then I'll be working on some chores around the house. I was so busy yesterday, I didn't have any time do work on the laundry so I'll be catching up with that today. My youngest has another doctor appointment this afternoon. It's been one thing after another with her. Never a dull moment!

Hello MMC...Merry Tuesday! Just working today and my oldest daughter is home sick with the stomach bug. She was up a few times last night and did not feel 100% this morning so she stayed home from school. It is very cold here..I think we finally got hit with winter! I am going to try to go to the gym today...I am in full Operation Slimdown mode.. Really just trying to make better food choices and get back into exercising on a regular basis!
