LOL...Tonite its Sirlion Steak with peppercorn sauce,Chips,Mushrooms,Tomato and Homemade Onion Rings...Nothing special Edge

That sounds like the virus we have here. The fluctuation in weather won't help either especially your temps!
Rest as much as you can and drink lots of fluids. I am so glad you have the weekend off and can keep indoors and out of that cold! Will be praying for you friend.

I hope you are having a good day so far. Things are slowing down as night falls. I need to do some work tonight but I really just want to lounge in front of the TV

Mr Festive was off work today. What we call here Man flu ....

Miserable dreary rainy day here but at least it's not snow. Well not yet. It might switch later. I've got all of my running done though and can hunker down until we start warming up again the middle of next week. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY and has a Wonderful Weekend!!!!

I got some good news at the orthopedist's yesterday. I don't have to go back till February 11, and by then I should be able to ditch the boot. Meanwhile, I can sleep without it. Having said that, guess who was afraid to try to sleep without her boot last night?

My baby sister (and only sibling) turned 50 yesterday. I did manage to go see her after my doctor's appointment. It's an odd feeling knowing that your little sis is 50! She took it very well, though, and looks at it like the wonderful milestone it is. Hopefully I will be back to work on Monday (we work in the same office) and I can buy her lunch or something.
