Good Morning, Friends!
And welcome -- to our first Milestone Marker of 2016.

Yes, we have arrived, right on schedule, at the 300-Day Season Window, through which we will step tomorrow into 200's territory!
(Isn't this exciting??)

Days to the Season: 300
Days to Christmas Day: 342


Well, winter is surely here, and if yesterday's snow flurries didn't confirm it, this morning's temperature reading of 28 degrees and this afternoon's predicted high of 34 does.
But no matter. The Panther victory yesterday has provided all the warmth my heart needs (at least until next Sunday).

It might be winter with frost on the ground but I have been walking on sunshine all morning knowing that the season count is dropping below 300!!

What's for lunch? I am having a bagel :)
We got some snow on Saturday!! Not enough to enjoy it and it didn't last but it was magical to see it falling for a little while.

It was a good walk. I just put on my winter walking shoes & brought my other shoes along to change into. My family thought I was nuts for walking there...my sis wanted to bring me home. LOL! I made it. I was cold when I got home but I curled up under an afghan & warmed right up!! Got an extra walking mile in too! :D

Yep, I am loving it too. I didn't see the original Murder She Baked, so I will try to do that this week, along with watching the Peach Cobbler also. AND The Intern DVD is supposed to be delivered today!!!

She is eating & drinking, and has probiotics in her system. It's just a matter of timing.
The weather has been so drastically cold that she can't be outside for too long before her legs buckle. So she has been struggling. We've still been taking our walks, but they're much shorter, for safety reasons. Hopefully today will be a better day for her.
