Good morning, MMC!

Another cold day here, but the sun is out and it is supposedly warmer than yesterday. Doesn't feel like it to me! Getting ready to do chores and then work. This morning's work went by fast which surprised me. Didn't sleep well again. The alarm did wake me up ~ right out of a dream about a craft room with all sorts of drawers and vintage glass frames. I did not want to wake up! Chores beckon.

[Holiday]

Evening all,
My Halloween village accessories arrived today! I am so excited!! They really put me in the Autumn/Halloween spirit. They look great and should match up nicely with the autumn village houses I ordered.

Hope everyone is well today. I have to dash. I need to prepare dinner and sort the children out before parents evening in a couple of hours.

I finally figured out what's causing my posting delays. Every time I refresh a page on MMC, or change to another page, there is a long pause before I can post. If I click "Like" on someone else's post before that pause is finished, it takes me to another page where it asks if I'm sure I want to "like" that post.

For some reason, it's taking time to load the little icons for the different players for Kringle Radio. I think my work is blocking whatever site hosts those images, but it takes time for MMC to finally give up trying to load them on my display. When it finally gives up, I can post as usual...until I go to the next page.

When I take my laptop home, it works great, and those little images show up. It even works fine for a few pages when I bring the laptop back to work. Then the images get blocked again.

Ack! I know there's nothing to do about it. I'm just glad to have finally tracked down my culprit. I hate being fooled by a computer!

How frustrating. But at least now you know!

The Spooky Town (and others) are hard to come by here so finding these have really made me happy because I have been wanting to start a Halloween village for some time now! I look forward to adding to the collection as the months go by! Something to look forward ey!

Awe thanks!! I'm sure Jim is plenty cold out there. Little miss wild _ _ _ didn't want to come in this morning!! It was freezing - I had to go out & chase her down. Every time I would get close, she would take off running - then stop, look at me & wag her tail! (I know she was laughing inside) The water on her "beard" was frozen. She's so crazy! A little white chocolate covered treat did the trick to get her to come in!

I'm sure he is, I fingers crossed that he is hanging in.

Yep, she is almost always having fun. "Rotten Child" - that's what I've been calling her!! She's just so blasted ornery! She keeps us laughing for sure! (except when it's 0º & I need to get to work & she doesn't want to come in....)
