Good Monday Morning MMC! Happy February! I hope you all had a decent January and that February will be even better for you. It's mild here until Thursday and then normal temps return. I'm putting in my list of vacation days for the year today so let's hope nobody questions any of them and signs off on them . At least that list of dates starting in March will help me through this month of February besides the Superbowl Sunday and Walking Dead returning on Valentines Day.
Anyway I hope you all have a great first day of FEBRUARY!

First day of Feb. raining and I have the kitchen window open.. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later,now the gas companies are yelling they are going broke due to the mild winter.

Ground beef, rice, shredded cabbage, tomato sauce. I don't know if you've ever had stuffed cabbage, same ingredients just in a casserole.
