So cute!!Definitely! It's funny how dogs and cats and animals can have fans. But it's true. When I picked up Nitro from the hospital when he stayed over he had a little sign that said "Stacey loves Nitro." He's the only dog that had that. Funny.
Speaking of fan clubs...I think prancer has a dinner fan club here at MMC building.
Hmmmmm ... there are certainly enough patterns online. (Go to Google Images and search "mug cozies"!) To get those lovely cables, though, it should really be knitted (unfortunately!).
Yes, it is. Did the grey squirrels come in from outside of England, and then take over?
I haven't seen a red squirrel "in person." One morning, though, to my great surprise, a red fox ran up through our back yard, past my car (where I was scraping frost off the windows), and across the street. We've seen squirrels, rabbits, turtles, and the occasional wild turkey in our neighborhood, but I've never seen a fox before or since!
Good Tuesday Prancer. Glad you got your 2nd day of work done.
Sounds delicious!
So delicious in fact it's worth answering twice!

Yes, I think I posted one! I'm told there's a wetlands area not too far away, and they come into our neighborhood occasionally to lay eggs. I saw one in the road once and was tempted to pick it up and move it, but just couldn't bring myself to it. Later I found out that they are snapping turtles---they can easily break your finger with their jaws, and won't let go! So when I see one, I let it alone. The greys were introduced here in the late 19th century from the USA. They had no idea of the risk at the time. Some say the reds were already on a decline so this didn't help much. The Greys are bigger, aggressive, more successful in competing for food and breed at faster rate. They also carry a pox virus which is deadly to the Reds.
There is conservation park a couple hours away that we visit to see them. They are absolutely beautiful and gentle. I'll have to take you there if you ever visit
Foxes are common around here. I have to say they are stunning to look at but one has to be very weary! Now the turkey and the turtle is something I doubt I would come across running wild in the street lol. Horses are common. Lots of horse owners here and they often take them for a stroll
Actually I remember you showing me a photo of the turtle!
