I am very nervous and hoping they tell us a good figure. I am meeting with 2 realtors this week so I am excited to hear what they have to say! I have moved around a lot but this is the first home we owned so feeling a little out of my depth with the whole selling process! eeek!

Just happened to notice..last year there was almost 56,900 posts in countdown. Going into the 3rd month of this year there will probably be 12k posts already. Probably posting drops off in the summer a bit,then picks up again in October.
