There IS a Mrs. Brown's Boys episode where her son Dermot wears a Star Trek costume and Spock makeup. (His job is to walk the streets in costumes to promote various products and local events.)

Speaking of costumes Merry..I ordered the Doctor Who scarf off a lady on Etsy. Got a good deal on it.

It would be perfect, and we could catch some real rest, as well!

Adi tries to help, but he's a heavy sleeper. I can hear Harlowe most of the time, and he doesn't.
He makes me promise to try and wake him, but sometimes that's more work than getting up and doing it myself.

Only have one in little league now as our daughter is on the high school softball team. Did manage to pick up a few gifts to be tucked away for birthdays and Christmas.

You never know what costume Dermot will show up in! Everything from Bugs Bunny to Barbie! And that's just one of the show's quirky bits of fun. (And if you haven't guessed it yet, Mrs. Brown is played by a man, Brendan O'Carroll.)
The show is extremely funny, in a vulgar sort of way! (Vulgarity isn't usually my comedy of choice, but this cast makes it hilarious!) There are clips on YouTube, if you want a taste. The whole cast and most of the crew are Irish, so give it a try for St. Paddy's Day.
