My ribs are finally starting to heal some after my accident 2 weeks ago, a little sore but doing better!

Thanks for reminding me about possible weird dreams! Ha ha! Nothing last night but who know about tonight!

Enjoy your weekend!

Glad you are doing better today!!!

Darn!!!! I thought that I had did a pretty good job recommending dreams to you last night. LOL!!!!

Thanks, Friend!!!!

I had my grandkids over this morning and we dyed Easter Eggs, watched an animated show about Jesus then It's the Easter Beagle Charlie Brown. The good part about Easter Beagle is there are a few Christmas scenes! For the rest of the day going to get caught up around the house while watching movies and shows about Jesus. Tomorrow - The Ten Commandments! We have it on DVD but always watch it on TV every year. Sunday we plan to take the kids to church, Easter Egg hunt then out to eat. My work place is closed on Easter but will go in to feed the animals.

What are your plans? How is Harlowe?

Hey! We are good! Hope you are doing well!
It sounds like you've had a fun day with the grandkids!
Enjoy the rest of your Easter weekend!

Adrian is still traveling with his Dad, but will be back tomorrow evening. I will cook an Easter meal on Sunday, and we will just catch up and spend some time outside if it's nice.
We plan to celebrate with my parents after they're back from Arizona.

Harlowe is doing pretty well overall. The Vetmedin has been wonderful for her. She is still restless at night sometimes, and coughs, but a huge improvement.

How is Meca?

Glad your ribs are healing, continued prayers for relief from the soreness.

I hope everyone is enjoying Good Friday and will have a nice weekend coming up.

Thank you, Snowflake!
xx
Thank you, Martine! Yes, there has been flooding here before. It doesn't happen all that often any more, but the back field is flooded right now so it is good to keep an eye on things.

Love quiche! Did yours turn out as you wished? Always fun to try new recipes!
Spring is great and all but flooding can be a nightmare in so many places. Hope the back field dries up before it becomes an issue.

The quiche was great (see pic below). The crust was made with day-old bread and butter, much easier than a traditional crust (crusts and me are not friends). Fresh herbs, onions, grape tomatoes, different cheeses and eggs and milk, really simple. I will make it again. I too love trying new recipes, we get tired of having the same food over and over.

How is Meca?

So happy to hear Adrian is traveling with his dad! Is his dad doing better and having a relaxing vacation? Enjoy your weekend!

Glad to hear about Harlowe and hope she sleeps better. It seems Harlowe and Meca both had a rough time there for awhile.

When Meca had her stroke 3 weeks ago it was very scary but happy to say she is doing very well now!!! She has certainly surprised us in her recovery! Thanks for asking!

That is yummy-looking! I can practically smell the yumminess coming from the picture!

Got out of the office about 1:15, came home and set up our new Kindles (the ones we got for half-price! ). Discovered that Amazon will now allow you to share Kindle books between accounts. He's been wanting to read some of mine without buying them separately---now he can! And vice versa. Can't wait to tell him.

No special plans for Easter here, except relaxing at home this weekend. Maybe we'll watch "Harvey"---we often do around Easter.

You and I have discussed this movie and I have yet to see it! I love Jimmy Stewart, I know I would love this movie. My dad likes it a lot as well. Enjoy!

His Dad has been doing great!
He always enjoys the military trips, as they are involved in plenty of events and also have plenty of downtime to see the sights :)

Thank you, and I'm so happy to hear about Meca too. Please give her a hug for us!

❤️

Thanks, Merry!
It should be really nice.

And thank you, I'm so relieved that things have gone well for her lately ❤️

Glad you still got out early today!

We actually got relieved a couple hours earlier than expected, so that was a nice surprise.

What are you & Mr. up to this weekend?
