Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's nice and really cool outside. My truck said it was 49° this morning. I love it!

The kids are out of school for Spring break this week, and Jacob has already eaten all the snacks in the house. All I know is, he better not get into my Halos! I love those little, what are they, tangerines?

I'm also drinking the BEST cup of coffee in the world! Bernie just received his latest order of coffee beans, so I opened a bag and ground a pound of Breakfast Blend, then flew to work and brewed a pot. That's as fresh as I can get it, and it's wonderful!

A very friendly lady from our town here, my sisters neighbor- could use some prayers today if you have time to send one up. Her name is Sheri & she is having surgery to completely remove her stomach. She has been battling stomach cancer for several months (maybe close to a year already...) and it was determined they needed to remove her stomach. She posted on FB this morning that they had arrived at the hospital. How scary! Bui she's a strong lady w/ lots of support behind her! Thanks!

I will keep her in my thoughts.

Good Wednesday Morning MMC! Happy Pines Day! Most of you never heard of Mike and the Mad Dog but they were a NY sports talk show duo on the radio for almost 20 years and I grew up with them from age 10 to 30. They broke up when Mad Dog left in 2008 to do his own show but tonight they reunite for a special 3 hour show. It's gonna bring back a lot of memories as listening to them was part of my daily routine for 20 years. I've got my recorder and all ready to go. Other than that I'm ordering some pizza for lunch and have leftover lasagna for dinner so not a bad combo today foodwise. It's chilly out there. Can someone explain to me how it's already almost the end of March by the way? I haven't figured out how that's possible.

I use to listen to them during the 90's on WFAN, we got the signal quite strongly in Western Massachusetts even during the day. I will always remember Mad Dog being a SF Giants fan, and Mike being a Yankees fan and how all the excitement between a Red Sox/Yankees series would get both of them going. My favorite was Steve Summers (sic?) on the late night show.
