Here is the "buffet line" Emma had set up

You stack up the food on your plate, one on top of each other starting with:
Crushed Town House crackers
Taco Meat
Noodles
Chopped Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Diced Bell Peppers
Diced Carrots
Diced Onion
Homemade Cheese Sauce
Crushed Doritos
Homemade Salsa on top

And it looks like this (with Emma's homemade bread)

And Swiss cake roll cake for dessert:

Isn't that cool! The son of a friend I graduated HS with was signed by the Atlanta Braves last year. He's playing minors right now, waiting to be called up. Good for him!

How exciting! Best wishes to him, as well!

We have a tornado watch in effect right now. It's hard to imagine, tough. t's just a calm outside as it always is. I'll have to keep one eye looking out the window!

Good Afternoon/Evening christmas buddies...Hope everyone is having a good day so far....Its been a cold/wet day here today Brrrrrrrrrr.....So we stayed inside and baked pancakes and watched christmas movies also did a bit of painting with the girls...My wifes last day in New York...I can't wait too have her back home...I have missed her loads this week...Having chicken stir fry for dinner tonite then chill out in front of the tv...Have a lovely weekend ahead christmas buddies
