Maggie is doing pretty good, she's been taking her antibiotics and cough suppressant for me every day. Still waking up at night though. The lack of sleep really catches up with me every once in a while!

I know, it's late. Had an urge to come to mmc tonight. I wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you all and that I'm still here. Doing ok, just taking one day started time and trying to live life.

Tomorrow, I have taken a day off of work to help my son move out. He's 23 and wants to do so and so i figure that he has to find out for himself what it's like to pay bills, live somewhere else, buy your own food etc.

Well off to bed. Mimi is already curled up in bed asleep and I do believe that I am going to follow her lead. Goodnight.

Nice to see you xmas!! Good luck to your son! I'm keeping you in my prayers! I hope every day is better!

That Mother Nature one is happening to us today, Festive. About an inch of snow is supposed to fall on us today, and I've got to drive 3.5hrs to Milwaukee tonight. Oh well.

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! Happy April! Whoa April...I feel like I missed March. Well we go forward into the 2nd quarter of the year. I feel like we got an early spring and now that spring is here we're kind of going back and forth between spring weather and almost borderline winter weather. I'm so happy it's Friday. My brother is coming tonight to hang out, play a few games and have some cake & coffee. Sounds like a good Friday night to me. Saturday I have errands to do and may make nutella pancakes (never made those before). Sunday I'm going to my Uncle's for the walking dead finale as he will have dinner for us and we have fun together with it. Lots to enjoy this weekend despite the up and down weather.
Happy April Fools Day everyone or as I say Mr. T. Day!

Good morning!

Waiting for daylight so I can start the sump pump ~ it will be the second time today. Things were going great until around 5:00 p.m. yesterday when the rain started. I had tentative plans to go to the first church rummage sale of the season, but am staying home all day.

Last day of the week and then I have a 3-day weekend. I need it. Workload is insane right now as we're hiring and it's time to see all of our employees for their yearly evaluations. I'm working the evening shift today, it's rather annoying because my husband is going to see the pre-season game between the Blue Jays and the Red Sox in Montreal tonight with his father and I am majorly jealous and sad that I can't go

On a side note about baseball, our neighbor "boy" was traded from the Padres to Pittsburgh this year & he has earned a spot in the opening day roster!! (left handed pitcher) I sure hope things work out well for him. He was doing so well for the Padres & then was set back for 3 years undergoing 2 Tommy John surgeries!! I'm so super excited for him!!! AND he's closer to home now too!!

My family was too sleepy to pull any pranks on me this morning. I was the only one up when I left to come to work LOL. I could here Jacob yelling into the headset mic on his Xbox at 2:30 this morning. Grrr.

And Jacob has a gig tonight, so I bet he'll be beat by the time it's finished. That's what he gets!

I'm hanging in there Sam. I forgot to mention my daughter went for the echo cardiogram and the results were normal. She was very sick when the doctor heard the murmur, I was told that could have been the reason why one was detected. I'm praying she will not have any issues in the future. Thank you so much for asking!

I'm being lazy this morning. I'm having my coffee and looking at recipes on Pinterest. I need to work on a menu plan and grocery list for next week, just have to figure out what I want to cook. Not too much going on here today. I have to take a ride to Petco at some point to pick up a couple of things. I also need to stop at Rite Aid for a prescription. Other than that I will be working on my daily chores.

Isn't that cool! The son of a friend I graduated HS with was signed by the Atlanta Braves last year. He's playing minors right now, waiting to be called up. Good for him!
