I went to Hobby Lobby today to see if I could find any Christmas decorations on the shelves yet. But there were none. :( But I did see a sign that it won't be long. :) They always keep the earliest Christmas "stuff" in peach baskets on top of the merchandise shelving. And I saw empty beach baskets everywhere. Last year there were ornaments on display before Memorial Day. So it won't be long. ;)

I still have to make my bed because I got a new headboard for it and it just got put on when I got home from work. So I think I will head upstairs and do the work up there that needs doing. Good thing is I can just drop into it when done .

How exciting! Wish we had a Hobby Lobby here.
 
First chance I've had to log in today. Writing and marking steadily from 9:05 this morning until nearly 8:30 p.m., with about 20 minutes for lunch. That included several decks for a major pitch, plus 131 personalized mouse pads and 128 personalized "Hollywood stars" for a big client meeting---and EACH of those had to be signed off with my initials and the date. I got home around 9:15, jumped into the shower to wind down, and slathered my arm with Icy Hot.

On Jan 1 I always think of Memorial Day as being the big turning point of the year...it leads us on that road through the entire summer which winds down as we hit the BERS which starts our favorite time of the year and the road to the holiday season.
