I have been working in coolers/freezers for the last 8 years, my internal thermostat is all screwed up. It is 34 degrees in the cooler all day, and when I leave when it is 85 outside it is really, really hot to me, never mind those days when we reach triple digits.

Well at least you can defrost when you go outside.

Good Monday Morning MMC! Happy Monday. I am off the next 2 Monday's after today. Of course next week is 4th of July which I think everyone is excited about. The Monday after is my mom's birthday so we're going to take her out to brunch. As for this Monday today it's just a regular work day but I always feel even more excited on a Monday when we have a 3 day weekend ahead and 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays of the year.

Days to Christmas Day: 181

That pending marker is the 2/3 point to Christmas Season 2016.
And would you believe it's only 17 days away?
That's less than 2 1/2 weeks!


Real pleasant here yesterday with the humidity less of a factor.
Today may be the last fully dry one of the week, so I had better get that lawn mowed!
We have started the new week off here at 70 degrees.

You're gonna quote the Wicked Witch of the West I bet huh (and it hasn't really been THAT hot compared to what the rest of the country has been).

Came out of work..80° at 7:00 am, 100% humidity and rainy. Walked in the front door at it was 80° in the livingroom,somebody had bumped the thermo and shut off the ac last night...pheww

You guys have gotten more rain and humidity in the western half of the state than we have in the eastern half in June. I heard July is going to be "brief" shots of heat but that there won't be many real heat waves. We'll see.
